It’s a busy night in the NBA as a total of 16 teams hit the hardwood and our focus is on the all-Western Conference affair between the New Orleans Pelicans and LA Clippers. Tip-off is scheduled for 10:30pm ET, and we’ve got a same game parlay to boost the excitement of this intriguing matchup.

Don’t forget to check our predictions on the sides and totals for Monday’s 8-game slate

For now, let’s focus on the Pelicans and Clippers.

New Orleans Pelicans ML (+320)

Brandon Ingram to score 25+ points (+210)

Parlay odds: +830

New Orleans Pelicans ML (+320)

The Pelicans have been showing signs of life after a slow start to the season. They’ve won 2 of their last 3 games and one of those wins was a shocker at Utah as they beat the Jazz 98-97 thanks to a last-second 3-pointer. They enter tonight’s game as 9-point underdogs, which is a bit extreme considering they’ve covered the spread 5 times in their last 6 meetings with the Clippers. They are also on a 3-game win streak against this team and have outscored them by almost 17 points per game in those 3 contests. This team is capable of upsetting the odds, so why not back them against a Clippers team coming off a 15-point home loss against the Warriors last night?

Brandon Ingram to score 25+ points (+210)

Ingram is slowly playing himself back into shape following a lengthy layoff in the first part of November. We all know how capable he is as a scorer — prior to his injury he was averaging 25 points per game. His numbers have dipped a bit since, but I’m confident it’s only a matter of time until he is back to his old self. He has the length and size to score against anyone the Clippers put on him, plus LA’s defense has showed signs of slowing down in their past couple of games. They’ve allowed 112 and 105 in 2 of their last 3 games. The Pelicans have averaged 117.6 points per game against them in the last 10 meetings and Ingram has been a big reason why. If New Orleans wants to pull off the upset, Ingram has to go for at least 25 points.
