Both meetings between these teams went down the wire earlier in the season and this could be the case again tonight. The Warriors are resting their starters, but I wouldn’t discount them, as some people are doing. The last time they did this they beat the San Antonio Spurs 124-120 on the road. Granted, Denver is a step up from the Spurs, but the Nuggets played a long and exhausting game against the New Orleans Pelicans which went to overtime last night and I’m counting on some tired legs out there. They have been troubled by injuries a lot this season and head coach Michael Malone will know not to risk any injuries to his starters, so hopefully the Warriors reserves can take advantage.

Kevon Looney to record 10+ rebounds (+210)
After averaging 9.9 boards in January, Kevon Looney’s production dipped a bit in February to 7.8 per game. Still, he is the best option when it comes to cleaning the glass for the Warriors, especially since Draymond Green is out with his calf injury. Denver is usually really good when it comes to keeping opponents off the boards, but in their last 3 games they’ve given up an average of 55.3 per game, which is an increase of almost 6 rebounds compared to their season average. They are also just 23rd in opponent points in the paint this season, so there are some weaknesses Looney can exploit. The last time he faced the Nuggets he finished with 9 boards, fingers crossed he can go one better tonight.
