The NBA is approaching the home stretch and we have a big slate on Monday with 9 games to pore over. And what better way to celebrate than by going for a big payday? That’s right; we’re back with another mega parlay, NBA edition. We just hit our NBA mega parlay on Thursday at +1015, so now let’s do it again!
We’re going big and bold again, so let’s not waste any more time. But before we dive in, don’t forget to check out our free picks on the side and total for every NBA game today.
Sacramento Kings ML (+700)
Houston Rockets +7.5 (-110)
Parlay odds: +1427
Let’s break down each of the legs one by one.
Sacramento Kings ML (+700) over Miami Heat
To start off this parlay we have the Kings at 7/1. Miami has struggled so much recently that it’s worth taking a flyer at this price just in case the bottom falls out. The Heat have lost four in a row, a couple of them coming in ugly fashion. Each of their past three defeats have been at home, so it’s not like they’ve been unbeatable in their own building. Jimmy Butler nearly fought Erik Spoelstra on the sideline the other day, and it clearly didn’t spark anything in the team since they’ve lost twice more since. And once to the Knicks!
The Kings, on the other, hand have surprisingly won back to back games and they’ve had some close calls against great teams recently, like when they only lost to the Suns by three in overtime this past week. Two games before that they played an extremely close game against the Bucks and right before that they beat the Bulls, so they haven’t only been showing improved play against bottom-feeding teams.
Houston Rockets +7.5 (-110) over San Antonio Spurs
San Antonio being this large of a road favorite against just about anybody doesn’t sit right with me. So I’m grabbing the points with the Rockets for the next leg of our mega parlay. Sure San Antonio has won three in a row, but two of those wins came by four points or fewer and the other was against a tanking Portland team. And right before this three-game mini win streak started? They lost by 33 at home to the Pelicans.
That was part of a four-game stretch in which their only win was by two points against the Thunder, and they also lost to the Timberwolves and Pacers by double digits. Despite a few recent wins, they simply haven’t been playing well. The Rockets have won three of four, and I don’t think there’s that big of a mismatch here. Jalen Green is coming off a game in which he hit six threes, and Alperen Sengun chipped in 27 in that one.
