The fine people at NBA TV are bringing us a double header tonight starting with the Memphis Grizzlies and New York Knicks from Madison Square Garden at 7:30pm ET. Since it’s a nationally televised game, it make sense to shake it down for any same game parlay opportunities. I found more than a few angles that are well worth considering and could lead to a nice little payday. Fridays are for parlays and this is a good one.

Reggie Bullock to record 3+ made threes (+116)
Dillon Brooks to record over 1.5 made threes (-170)
Grayson Allen to record over 3+ made threes (+118)
Jonas Valanciunas over 13.5 points (-230)
Parlay odds: +1050
Reggie Bullock to record 3+ made threes (+116)
This seems like a big number but for those paying attention, Bullock is hitting threes every night. In fact, over his last twelve games, Bullock has hit three or more three-balls in eight of them. He is the Knicks’ three-point specialist with a green light that doesn’t turn off as he has taken double digit attempts in five of those twelve games. The Grizzlies aren’t bad defending the three, but they aren’t great either. Bogdan Bogdanovic of the Hawks just drained four of them against Memphis Wednesday night. This is a great price for this prop given the situation.
Dillon Brooks to record over 1.5 made threes (-170)
Brooks is not shy about shooting and he has recently been hanging out behind the three-point line. He has taken at least five three-pointers in each of the last two games which is enough volume for a 1.5 prop. Even if he doesn’t take at least five long range attempts, he can still sink two as he has done so in each of his last four games. Over the last four games, the Grizzlies have averaged over 39 three-point attempts per game which is up from the 30.8 they average on the season. If they have elevated attempts again tonight, Brooks should hit at least two of them.
Grayson Allen to record over 3+ made threes (+118)
Allen stands to benefit the most from the Grizzlies new chuck and duck approach over the last four games. In that span, Allen has taken 34 shots from three-land and has hit 13 of them. Only once in those four games has he not hit at least three attempts. The Knicks have the best three-point defense in the NBA but just last game they allowed the Celtics to hit 37.5% from downtown. If they are as generous tonight, Allen is likely to splash at least three trays.
Jonas Valanciunas over 13.5 points (-215)
I like Nerlens Noel as much as the next guy but there is no chance he can handle Jonas Valanciunas. He hasn’t seen any “real” threats at center recently but it wasn’t long ago that he was getting abused by Karl-Anthony Towns for 18 and 17. The game before that, Bam Adebayo broke him off for 20 and 17. Valanciunas isn’t exactly in their class but he’s not very far off. He’s gone for over 13.5 points in 10 of his last 11 games. He should do it again tonight.
