If you’ve made it this far betting and watching the NBA playoffs every night this week, pat yourself on the back. It’s not easy to consume all this action. It takes a special human being to be quite frank. But here we are, just a bunch of special human beings being special human beings. We’re grinding again tonight with three more games but the one I have my eye on for a same game parlay is the Brooklyn Nets and Boston Celtics at 8:30pm ET on ABC. This game we play is all about angles and I think I have one to play tonight.
After you are done with this article, don’t forget to check out our picks on the side and total for all of tonight’s games. You can also follow me on Twitter for any other bets I might throw out throughout the day.
Marcus Smart to score 15+ points (+104)
Kemba Walker under 21.5 points (-110)
Marcus Smart over 2.5 made threes (+100)
Marcus Smart to record 6+ assists (+108)
Parlay odds: +902
Marcus Smart to score 15+ points (+104)
One positive for the Celtics in this series has been the play of Marcus Smart. He’s getting involved all over the place like he always does and his shooting has not been a liability. With no Jaylen Brown in the mix, there are a few more shots to go around and Smart has capitalized. In both games he’s taken 13 shots and gone over this total in both games. The best part is, he hasn’t overachieved either night, so it’s not like we’re asking him to do something special here. I think he gets home at plus money.

Kemba Walker under 21.5 points (-110)
Kemba Walker is listed as questionable for this one and I don’t think the Celtics will push him. I know it’s the playoffs but with his injury history it seems like a bad idea. We could always be getting played here but I think he’s hurt. If he doesn’t play, this will crush out odds to this parlay but it will set us up to win given Marcus Smart’s usage with no Walker or Brown. If he does play, he’s hurt and hasn’t reached 20 points in either game this series. One of those games saw Jayson Tatum off the floor for an extended stretch. This feels like the right move.
Marcus Smart over 2.5 made threes (+100)
One thing Marcus Smart is not afraid to do is shoot the three-ball. It’s almost like he’s one of us playing a game of pick-up and decides that every time he makes a play on the defensive end, he earns another three-ball. He’s shot at least eight threes in both games so far and if the Celtics hold out Walker or he’s limited, he’s likely to do it again. It’s crazy to think we are betting Marcus Smart to hit three three-pointers tonight but it isn’t the worst move given the situation. The best-case scenario is that he drains a couple early, which will only make him shoot more.
Marcus Smart to record 6+ assists (+108)
This one is good whether Walker plays or not. Smart runs the offense enough to get home here. He’s also capable of spike games where he goes into double digits. We have gold here if Walker is sidelined. In the last three games where Walker sat out, Smart went over this number each time. That includes a 12-assist game as well as an eight-bagger. If Marcus Smart has a 15-6 line with three three-pointers tonight while Walker is limited, we win this parlay. Seems likely if you ask me.
