But right now, let’s break down our three-team mega parlay:
Buffalo Sabres (+170)
Winnipeg Jets (+102)
Vegas Golden Knights -1.5 (+120)
Parlay odds: +1100
Buffalo Sabres over Philadelphia Flyers (+170)
The Buffalo Sabres lost their 17th game in a row on Saturday but for a moment it looked like they were going to knock off the Boston Bruins. Buffalo was leading the game heading into the third period before the Bruins scored two unanswered goals to squeak by 3-2. Although the Sabres lost this was one of their better efforts over the losing streak.
The Flyers are coming off a 2-1 victory vs the Rangers which snapped their three-game losing streak. Philadelphia has been struggling defensively all year which presents the Sabres with a perfect opportunity to get the win. The Flyers rank 30th in the league in goals against, 28th in the league on the penalty kill and 15th on the power-play. Surprisingly the Sabres are better than the Flyers in all three categories as they rank 29th, 18th and 12th, respectively.
The Flyers have been unable to generate momentum from their win as they have now lost five straight games following a win. The return of Linus Ullmark drastically increases the Sabres probability to win. On the year the Sabres are giving up 3.52 goals against per game but in Ullmark’s twelve starts he has a 2.49 GAA — one full goal less than the team average.

Winnipeg Jets over Calgary Flames (+102)
The Winnipeg Jets and Calgary Flames will play the third game of their three-game series on Monday as both teams will look to win the series with a win. The main advantage the Jets have in this game is their far superior offense compared to the Flames. Winnipeg is scoring 3.26 goals per game which has them ranked sixth-best in the league. Meanwhile the Flames rank 22nd in the league with just 2.61 goals per game.
The Jets are being led by Mark Scheifele’s 40 points on the year but also have three other players with over 30 points. This speaks to the depth of their forward group, and when you combined that with the strong goaltending from Connor Hellebuyck, the Jets are a very hard team to beat. Calgary was fortunate to take advantage of some very weak goals let in by backup Laurent Brossoit on Saturday but don’t expect any gifts from Hellebuyck. Hellebuyck has been great this year, posting a 16-9-2 record, with a 2.63 GAA and a .917 SV%.

Vegas Golden Knights -1.5 over Los Angeles Kings (+120)
The Vegas Golden Knights come into this game riding the momentum of their overtime win over the Colorado Avalanche on Saturday. Max Pacioretty scored the game-winner in overtime which helped keep the Golden Knights in first place in the West Division. Pacioretty has been a vital piece to the team’s success as his 18th goal on Saturday was also his fourth goal scored in overtime this season.
The Los Angeles Kings are coming off a very disappointing two-game series where they were swept by the San Jose Sharks. The losses highlight the King’s poor road record of 7-9-2. Conversely, the Golden Knights have been spectacular on their home ice this season, posting a 13-2-1 record. Vegas has won three of the four matchups this year and should be able to cover this one on the puck line.
