Senators ML (+100)
Stars -1.5 (+215)
Parlay Odds +1323
Let’s break down each of the legs one by one.
New Jersey Devils +1.5 over the Vegas Golden Knights (+110)
The Eastern Conference playoff teams are set, but that doesn’t mean the New Jersey Devils will go down without a fight. A common theme around the league right now is non-playoff teams having surprising performances. Think of the Buffalo Sabres who are on a two-game winning streak, or the Anaheim Ducks putting up six goals last night. What tends to happen are these young teams filled with skill start playing loose and in many cases, play with more creativity. The Devils have the chance to do that tonight against the Vegas Golden Knights who are trying to be the last team in for the Western Conference.
While the Devils may not win outright, they will likely keep this one close and +110 odds provide great value for bettors. While the Devils have lost six of their last eight games, in five of those games they’ve kept the score within one. They are a competitive team who are playing for pride. They should keep tonight’s game close; take them on the +1.5 puck line.

Ottawa Senators ML over the Seattle Kraken (+100)
While this might prove to be the least-watched game of the evening, it may provide bettors with some of the best value. The Ottawa Senators and Seattle Kraken are two of the league’s bottom-feeders, and neither of them will be playing for much tonight. However, the Sens core players have been on fire as of late. In their last 10 games, Brady Tkachuk has generated 13 points, while Tim Stutzle has generated 15 points in that time frame. Stutzle has an eight-game point streak. Nobody on the Kraken plays with this level of consistency, and it should prove to be the difference-maker tonight.
Neither team has had great goaltending this season, so this game should be a high-scoring one; which gives the edge to the Senators. Oddsmakers seem to be undervaluing the skill of the Senators forward group, especially against a poor defensive team like Seattle. Take the Sens on the money line.

Dallas Stars -1.5 over the Vancouver Canucks (+215)
This game will have major playoff implications. With a win tonight, the Dallas Stars will greatly improve their chances of securing a playoff spot. There are just seven games remaining for both of these teams and they are separated by exactly seven points. If the Stars can win tonight’s match, there will be a four-point swing between these teams, leaving the Vancouver Canucks with a very small window of opportunity to make the postseason.
While the Canucks have been playing some impressive hockey, they might be flying too close to the sun. After winning five games in a row, they’re due for a letdown spot and that might just be tonight. Both teams are 6-2-2 in their last 10 games. What will separate these teams tonight are injuries. The Canucks have been plagued with injuries at the worst possible time. Key players are missing from the lineup, including Captain Bo Horvat and goal-scoring machine Brock Boeser. Shorthanded, it’s hard to imagine they can defeat the Stars in such an important game. Whether it’s a close contest that leads to an empty-net goal at the end or a blowout victory, the Stars should cover the puck line.
