EPL pick today: Nottingham Forest vs Southampton – Both teams to score – Yes (-128), 3:00 pm ET
Things are getting desperate for Nottingham Forest and Southampton in the Premier League relegation battle and that could lead to a high-scoring game at the City Ground this afternoon. Forest has gone 13 games without a shutout and have scored in 16 of their last 18 home games. On top of that, both teams have scored in 5 of Forest’s last 6 home games, therefore our play will be for both teams to score this afternoon.

MLB pick today: Colorado Rockies vs Pittsburgh Pirates – Under 8 runs (-105), 6:35 pm ET
The biggest problem that the Pirates face heading into this game is that their once dynamic offense is now slumping badly. During their current 7-game losing streak, the Pirates are hitting .165 as well as ranking 29th in on-base percentage, slugging percentage and OPS. Given Pittsburgh’s recent offensive struggles and the fact that the Rockies’ offense have been just as bad, backing the under will be our play.

NBA pick today: Miami Heat -4.5 over New York Knicks (-108), 7:30 pm ET
With a Game 3 win, the Heat are now 6-1 ATS in their last 7 home games. They have also won all of their home games since an unexpected loss to Atlanta in the play-in tournament.
Meanwhile, with the Game 3 loss, the Knicks are now just 6-12 SU in their last 18 games against Miami and have only 2 wins in their last 10 visits to South Beach. For that reason, backing the Heat to win and cover will be our play.

NHL pick today: Edmonton Oilers ML over Vegas Golden Knights (-178), 8:40 pm ET
With Game 3 being in Edmonton, and the momentum being with the Oilers, there is no shock that they are the betting favorite in this game. Edmonton showed true dominance in Game 2, but even in Game 1 they were able to keep things as respectable as possible when giving up six goals.
The Golden Knights currently have no answers for Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl, and their goaltending has not been good. While the series is only 1-1, Vegas has lots to figure out. For that reason, backing the Oilers will be our play.
