We have put together a 4-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Monday, including picks from the NHL, NFL, MLB, and NBA. One pick is taken from each sport and a winning ticket would give us a very nice payout with odds of +938 at DraftKings Sportsbook.
NHL pick today: Buffalo Sabres ML over Detroit Red Wings (-150), 7:00 pm ET
These were 2 of the weaker teams in the Eastern Conference last season, but they’ve both gotten off to better starts so far this year. Detroit is coming off of a big upset win over the Minnesota Wild, while Buffalo pulled off 3 straight road wins in Canada, 2 of which were against very strong Edmonton Oilers and Calgary Flames teams.
Given the Sabres’ superior consistency, we’re giving them the edge in this matchup. Especially now that they’re back at home, they can improve their 5-3-0 start to the season. It will likely be a close game, but they’ve proven to pull through against far superior opponents.

NBA pick today: Atlanta Hawks +4 over Toronto Raptors (-105), 7:40 pm ET
The Raptors have undoubtedly had a much tougher schedule than the Hawks to this point, but the Hawks have performed much better than them in all facets. The additional of Dejounte Murray has seemingly paid off for the Hawks on the defensive end, going from the 26th-ranked defense last season to 17th this year.
Offensively, the Hawks have been one of the most efficient teams in the NBA, shooting 48.4% from the field, whereas the Raptors are bottom 5 in shooting (44.2%) and score the 2nd fewest points per game, only slightly ahead of the Clippers. The offensive efficiency paired with an improved defense should be more than enough to keep this game close for the visiting Hawks. Take the Hawks and the points in a game I feel is much closer to a pick em’.

MLB pick today: Houston Astros ML over Philadelphia Phillies (-135), 8:03 pm ET
The World Series is split 1-1 as the setting now shifts to Citizens Bank Park. The biggest reason for fading the Phillies in Game 3 will be Noah Syndergaard’s inability to pitch at Citizens Bank Park. Since being acquired by the Phillies at the trade deadline, the big right-hander has allowed opponents to hit .315 with a .806 OPS at home. Thor allowed 8 runs and 20 hits in his last 13.2 innings at home in the regular season, and those outings were against the Blue Jays, Nationals and Pirates.
Lance McCullers Jr. will make his first career start in Citizens Bank Park for Game 3 of the World Series. He’s made 2 starts in the postseason, one in the ALDS against the Mariners and one in the ALCS against the Yankees. McCullers will be followed by a Houston bullpen that has allowed just 1 run and 5 hits in the World Series, and with the travel day on Sunday, every arm will be available tonight. For that reason, Houston should end Philadelphia’s home winning streak with a Game 3 win.

NFL pick today: Cleveland Browns +3.5 over Cincinnati Bengals (-120), 8:15 pm ET
The Browns should be able to control the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball which should keep them in this game. They run on pretty much everybody, so the Bengals run defense that ranks 16th in success rate and 23rd in EPA is not an exception.
The Browns defense has been able to slow down this Bengals offense as well, under Joe Burrow. He posted his 4th worst game of last season against this Browns team, by EPA, and has never won a start against them. The Browns have also only lost four times out of 21 home games by more than 3 points at home under Kevin Stefanski since 2020, so for that reason, backing them to cover tonight will be the play.
