NHL pick today: New York Rangers ML over New Jersey Devils (-150), 7:00 pm ET
The Devils were able to get their first win of the series Saturday night with a 2-1 overtime victory thanks to a great shot by Dougie Hamilton. Despite the loss in Game 3, the Rangers dominated most of the play Saturday night. They had 12 more shots than the Devils and were 60% in the faceoff dot. Because the Rangers have dominated in all 3 games thus far, backing them to win tonight will be our play.

NBA pick today: Milwaukee Bucks -5.5 over Miami Heat (-110), 7:30 pm ET
The Miami Heat are deserving of a 2-1 lead in this series so far, but we all know things would have developed differently if Giannis Antetokounmpo was playing. In Saturday’s Game 3 victory, the Heat held the Bucks to just 99 points.
In the Game 2 victory without Antetokounmpo, the Bucks got 20+ points from 3 different players, so expect the likes of Brook Lopez, Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton to step up here. Miami has been a tough nut to crack, but backing the Bucks to win and cover will be our play.

NBA pick today: Memphis Grizzlies +4.5 over Los Angeles Lakers (-110), 10:00 pm ET
When you outscore a team 35-9 in the 1st quarter, it’s highly unlikely you’re going to go on to lose that game. The Lakers held on to win, but they got outscored 92-76 the rest of the way and gave up 45 points to Ja Morant, including 24 in the 4th.
The chances Los Angeles can get out to a 26-point lead in the 1st quarter of Game 4 is slim to none and Memphis is likely to respond. After a poor 1st quarter, Memphis still managed to grab 7 more offensive boards than the Lakers, shot better from 3, and scored 26 points off turnovers. This is still a top 3 team in terms of defensive rating, therefore backing the Grizzlies to cover will be our play.

NHL pick today: Colorado Avalanche ML over Seattle Kraken (-152), 10:00 pm ET
The Avalanche were upset in Game 1 on home ice, and even fell behind 2-0 in Game 2, but have not looked back since. They came back to win that Game 2 and Game 3 was never in doubt. There’s no denying that the Avs haven’t looked as dominant as their run to the Cup last season, but this is still new territory for the Kraken.
While we do expect the Kraken to tighten up the defense in Game 4, the Avs should ultimately still have too much star power to handle. For that reason, backing the Avalanche to win tonight will be our play.
