MLB pick today: Texas Rangers ML over Detroit Tigers (-176), 1:10 pm ET
Backing the Rangers has been easy this season as their offense averages the most runs per game and their rotation has the lowest ERA in baseball. They have won 7 of their last 10 games and this afternoon they will start Nathan Eovaldi, who is coming off a complete game in which he allowed just 1 run and 6 hits. Eovaldi has an ERA of 0.86 in his last 5 starts, and Texas has won 4 of those 5 games, all by multiple runs. Facing Detroit should be no problem for Eovaldi, therefore backing the Rangers will be our play.

MLB pick today: Minnesota Twins vs Houston Astros – Under 8 runs (-110), 4:10 pm ET
The pitching situation for both teams looks great in this game. The Twins are starting Sonny Gray, who is among the best pitchers in the league this year. His ERA is well below 2.00, and he is striking out lots of batters.
The Astros are going with J.P. France, who is certainly not a household name, and this is only his 5th start of the season, but he has given up no more than 1 run in 3 of his 4 starts. In addition to what should be great starting pitching, these teams both boast top-10 bullpens. For that reason, backing the under will be our play.

NHL pick today: Vegas Golden Knights ML over Dallas Stars (+105), 8:05 pm ET
The Dallas Stars and Vegas Golden Knights get set to play Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals. Vegas has failed twice to close this series out and played very poorly on Saturday night. They turned the puck over a whopping 24 times, which just isn’t a winning recipe. However, expect them to clean things up for tonight’s game, starting with Adin Hill in between the pipes and back Vegas to close out this series tonight.

NBA pick today: Miami Heat +7 over Boston Celtics (-108), 8:30 pm ET
The Miami Heat are in a world of trouble now after failing to close out the Boston Celtics for the 3rd consecutive game on Saturday night. The spread for tonight still seems to be too many points, though, as Miami has shown toughness and grit all season long, coming back after being written off on so many occasions, therefore backing the Heat to cover will be our play.
