New York Yankees -1.5 over Baltimore Orioles (+134)
To start off our MLB parlay picks for today, we’re taking the Yankees -1.5 against the Orioles. Aaron Judge’s status for this matchup is currently unknown after he took a pitch off his left hand, but there is reason to be excited in New York as tonight we see the return of star pitcher Gerrit Cole. The Yankees’ ace will take the mound for the first time in 2024 after pitching 4.1 scoreless innings in Triple-A last Friday. The Orioles will have Cade Povich toeing the rubber, who is 0-1 this season with a 4.76 ERA. Cole is 5-3 in his career against the Orioles and with a raucous Yankee Stadium expected, let’s roll with New York to cover the run line.

Boston Red Sox vs Toronto Blue Jays Over 8 (-105)
Next up for our MLB parlay picks, we’re taking the over for Red Sox vs Blue Jays. Both Brayan Bello and Kevin Gausman entered the season with high expectations, but neither has been able to deliver on that thus far. Bello has given up 3 or more earned runs in each of his last 6 starts, while Gausman has struggled to strike batters out which could leave him vulnerable against a Boston offense that in the last 30 days ranks 4th in wOBA against right-handed pitching. Active Red Sox hitters have a combined .859 OPS across 97 PA, and actually scored 8 runs against Gausman last year. Expect plenty of runs in this one.

New York Mets vs Texas Rangers Under 8.5 (-120)
Don’t look now, but the Mets are on a serious roll. New York has won 7 straight games, notably doing so since Grimace was threw the first pitch just over a week ago, and the Mets faithful will be hoping for more success against this Rangers team that has lost 5 straight games. Both offenses have trended in opposite directions and the under makes the most sense to round off today’s MLB parlay. The Mets have scored 21 runs in the first 2 games of this series but tonight they come up against Andrew Heaney, who has been solid for Texas this year. As for the Mets, they’ll have Sean Manaea toeing the rubber who has given up 2 runs or fewer in 4 of his last 6 starts. All things considered, this should be a low-scoring game and we’ll take the under to hopefully deliver us a winning MLB parlay.
