We are approaching the home stretch of the 2021 MLB season and we now know more or less where things stand. We’ve got a reduced slate on Tuesday, but there are still plenty of opportunities for value. We don’t have too many days of regular season baseball left, why not try to go for a big payday? That’s right; we’re back with another MLB mega parlay, this time a 3-teamer with a payout north of 11/1, and we’re counting on the Blue Jays to keep up their recent success.
I just cashed this mega parlay on Sunday at 13/1, and this is just my third time writing the mega since that big hit We’re going big and bold, so let’s not waste any more time. But before we dive in, don’t forget to check out our picks for the side and total on every MLB game, with our team of experts in red-hot form.
Cleveland Indians -1.5 (+140)
Philadelphia Phillies -1.5 (+105)
Toronto Blue Jays -1.5 (+155)
Parlay odds: +1155
Let’s break down each of the legs one by one.
Cleveland Indians -1.5 (+140) over Minnesota Twins
The Indians have had a tough time in this series, but they’re primed to bounce back on Thursday. It’s not like the Twins have been hitting great in this series either, as Minnesota scored only three runs on both Wednesday and Tuesday. And Cleveland has the far superior pitcher on the mound here. Cal Quantrill has been rock solid, and he had a 1.42 ERA in six August starts.
On the flip side, the Twins will start the struggling Randy Dobnak. In 14 appearances and six starts this season, Dobnak has a 7.64 ERA. He’s only pitched once since June 19th, and in that one start he gave up five earned runs. Even after slumping so far in this series, the Indians still have the ninth-highest OPS in the league over the past 15 days.

Philadelphia Phillies -1.5 (+105) over Colorado Rockies
The Phillies have several advantages as they open this series against the Rockies. If you’ve been betting MLB this season, you’re likely aware of how bad the Rockies have been on the road. Away from the friendly confines of Coors Field, Colorado is just 18-50 this year. The Rockies just got swept by the Giants, at home, losing the three games by a combined score of 29-12. Now Colorado will have to face young Phillies lefty Ranger Suarez, who has been nothing short of fantastic.
In 72 innings this season, the southpaw has a 1.38 ERA. Over his last three starts, he’s given up just two total runs. Colorado will start Antonio Senzatela, who has been mediocre. In his one start against Philly this year, Senzatela gave up four earned runs in five innings. The Phillies have also had the much better offense lately.

Toronto Blue Jays -1.5 (+155) over New York Yankees
I don’t see any reason to hop off the Blue Jays right now. To say the Yankees haven’t responded well to their own success would be an understatement. New York caught fire last month, rattling off 13 straight wins. They’ve proceeded to go 2-9 in their last 11 games. Toronto on the other hand has won seven in a row, including the first three games of this series. The Blue Jays have the highest OPS in the league, so they’re always extra appealing on the run line. Toronto will start Jose Berrios, who has been pretty good since being acquired from the Twins. A couple of his starts with his new team have been absolute gems. The Yanks will start Nestor Cortes, who has been a pleasant surprise this season. Before his nine starts this year he had been pretty awful when pitching in the majors, so I’m not buying the small sample size excellence. Take the Jays to wrap this parlay up.
