Following an action-packed Wednesday of baseball, the MLB slate is a bit lighter on Thursday, but we still have multiple series that have major playoff implications in both leagues. With 18 teams in action, there is plenty to attack and craft an MLB parlay. Let’s dive into today’s MLB parlay picks, as games get underway at 1:10 pm ET with the Twins taking on the Rays and concludes with the Tigers taking on the Padres at 8:45 pm ET.  You can also check out all of our MLB picks for the action on Thursday, September 5.

Phillies -1.5 (-130)

Braves -1.5 (-130)

Rangers -1.5 (+124)

MLB parlay odds: +601

For this MLB parlay, I am going with a bet on the Phillies, Braves and Rangers on the run line. Let’s break down each of the legs.

Philadelphia Phillies -1.5 over Miami Marlins (-130)

To start off our MLB parlay, I’m going with the Philadelphia Phillies on the run line. After an extended period of concerning results, the Phillies seem to be back in full flight, as they just took 3 out of 4 games from the Braves to extend its NL East division lead up to 7 games heading into this weekend. Philadelphia will now look to chase down the Los Angeles Dodgers at the top of the National League and the Phillies will lean on Ranger Suarez against a depleted Marlins lineup that has been inconsistent of late. On the other side, Miami starter Adam Oller has only made a handful of starts in his career, and this is easily his toughest test to date. There’s also the matter of Miami’s bullpen being pretty thin after using its top arms in Wednesday’s game against the Nationals. Let’s back the Phillies to keep things rolling on Thursday.

Atlanta Braves -1.5 over Colorado Rockies (-130)

For the second leg of this MLB parlay, I’m going with the Atlanta Braves on the run line. Outside of that series against Philadelphia, the Braves haven’t done much wrong over the past few weeks. Atlanta is keeping its nose ahead of the New York Mets in the Wild Card race, and much of that is because its starting pitching is producing. Reynaldo Lopez has allowed just 14 runs over his past 10 outings and holds an ERA of 2.00 for the season. Now, he’ll get a tremendous matchup against a Rockies lineup that has been woefully inadequate for most of the season. At the plate, the Braves offense will get to take on Austin Gomber (5.23 xERA, .498 xSLG) and a terrible Rockies bullpen that has a league-worst 5.34 ERA. There isn’t much not to like about Atlanta on Thursday, so let’s take the Braves to keep rolling at home.

Texas Rangers -1.5 over Los Angeles Angels (+124)

To close out this MLB parlay, I’m going with the Texas Rangers on the run line. Texas is coming off a dramatic series win against the Yankees in which the Rangers won on a Wyatt Langford walk-off grand slam, then followed that up by nearly blowing an 8-run lead in the 9th inning, only to be saved by Langford robbing a potential home run to end it. The Angels, meanwhile, keep playing spoiler to everyone, most recently splitting with the Dodgers and taking a series against the Mariners, who could’ve really used a series victory. As for this game, the Angels are in a tough spot after finishing a game late on the West Coast and then traveling overnight to play in Texas the next day, and that probably works against them here. The Rangers are managing innings on Corey Seager down the stretch, but the rest of the lineup seems healthy, and that should be enough to give them the edge on Thursday.
