We are wrapping up the week in Major League Baseball with a full 15-game slate on Sunday. It all gets started at 12:05 pm ET on Peacock with a battle between Toronto and Pittsburgh. That is bookended with Sunday Night Baseball featuring the Padres and Dodgers. Meanwhile, the American League East is tightening up and we have a crucial contest between the Yankees and Rays on our hands.
Let’s take a look at the three components of today’s mega parlay.
Twins ML (+100)
Mariners -1.5 (+130)
Giants ML (+100)
Parlay odds: +820
For this parlay we are going with two underdogs on the money line and one favorite on the run line. Let’s break down each of the three legs one by one.
Twins ML over White Sox (+100)
No division in baseball is more intriguing between three different teams than the American League Central. The White Sox are gaining ground with a four-game winning streak combined with multi-game losing streaks for the Twins and Guardians. However, you have to like Minnesota’s chance of snapping its skid. It has the more consistent starter on the mound, the better bullpen and the healthier lineup. Dylan Bundy is toeing the rubber on Sunday and he is facing a Chicago batting order that is missing several key hitters – including Tim Anderson for sure and possibly Luis Robert. Bundy is coming off of an impressive August during which he never allowed more than 2 runs in any of his 5 starts – despite facing teams such as the Astros, Red Sox and Blue Jays. He has also won each of his 3 starts against the White Sox during the 2022 campaign, all by multiple runs.

Mariners -1.5 over Guardians (+130)
The Mariners are red hot, having won 6 in a row (including 2 in a row against the Guardians) and 8 of their last 10 games. They also find themselves tied for the top Wild Card spot in the American League. The Guardians are going in the opposite direction, losers of 4 straight. This should be a good pitching matchup between George Kirby of Seattle and Cal Quantrill of Cleveland. Kirby is 6-3 with a 3.16 ERA and 1.18 WHIP, and in August he went 4-0 with a 2.15 ERA and 1.13 WHIP. Quantrill has been solid, as well, but the Mariners have a massive advantage in the hitting department. The Guardians’ lineup has been a disaster of late, so don’t be surprised if the M’s win this by multiple runs.

Giants ML over Phillies (+100)
Getting San Francisco as a slight underdog is a steal in this pitching matchup of Carlos Rodon and Philadelphia’s Ranger Suarez. In Suarez’s previous outing against the Giants, he was pulled after just 4.1 innings in a 7-4 loss. The Giants should be able to repeat that performance, as they are just outside of the MLB top 10 lineup against lefties. Suarez may be short on confidence, too, as he just gave up 6 runs in 3.2 innings to the Diamondbacks on Monday. Although Rodon is coming off a rough start, he had previously made 5 consecutive appearances without allowing more than 2 runs on any occasion. The Phillies managed only 1 run against Rodon the last time they faced him, so back San Francisco with confidence.
