I always say, the more action the better. Today marks the first time we will have football on top of baseball so it’s a good time to remind you to watch your cash! This game we play can get wild so I like to have limits. I’m an all gas no breaks type but even I have a brain. When it comes to parlays, limits are needed so here’s what I do, no more than 10% of a straight bet for all parlays. Even the ones that I don’t think will lose! This will keep us in the game longer.
Since that’s out of the way, I noticed we have the Boston Red Sox and Cleveland Indians on Fox Sports 1 at 4:05pm ET. There has to be a way we can crank out a same game parlay for that one. Not just any low-T +400 parlay, but a real one we can all be proud of! Here’s what I have in mind!

Cleveland Indians -1.5 (+235) *alt line
Alex Verdugo to record 2+ hits (+135)
Parlay odds: +933
Cleveland Indians -1.5 (+235) *alt line
We have some of the best MLB handicappers in the world so it only makes sense to build on their picks. For a parlay, we don’t want a low-t +400 move since you have to win so many of those just to equal the massive haul of a +933. It’s common sense. I’m going somewhere with this, I promise. Our guys love the Indians to win straight up today so why not throw them -1.5 in our parlay? Cal Quantrill is on the hill for Cleveland and he has been borderline filthy lately. He is finally pitching deeper into games which is key because in his 2 starts that went 7 innings, the Indians won. Even better, both of those wins were by 3 or more runs. If we think the Indians will win and Quantrill will go at least 7 innings, why not start the same game parlay here? Alex Verdugo to record 2+ hits (+135)
One of the best ways to boost the odds on these same game parlays is to add a hitter from the other team to mix. If I put in Amed Rosario of the Indians to have 2+ hits at +155, the parlay ends up being +540. That’s not bad and it does correlate but why not find a bigger payday? I could just as easily take Alex Verdugo to have 2+ hits at +135 and our parlay is now +933. It’s like magic, only real. Guys have 2+ hits in 2+ run loses all the time. Nobody here is calling for a Quantrill no-hitter today. Verdugo has 9 hits in his last 23 at bats and 3 2+ hit games in his last 5 contests. He’s seen Quantrill twice and recorded hits in both of those at bats. Plus he has sweet cleats. This isn’t crazy at all.
