We have a six-game slate in the NBA on Tuesday, headlined by a double-header on TNT. It begins with this showdown between the Los Angeles Clippers and Indiana Pacers before concluding with the Boston Celtics vs. the Portland Trail Blazers. Both contests are getting the same game parlay treatment they deserve. Let’s take a look at the best such option for Los Angeles vs. Indiana, and be sure to check out our full game preview for picks on the side and total.

Clippers -5.5 alternate spread (+130)

Paul George to score 30+ points (+144)

Malcolm Brogdon to make 3+ three-pointers (+136)

Parlay odds: +1071

Part of the value in same game parlays, of course, is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. That is part of the plan here, as a productive performance by Paul George would obviously go a long way toward L.A.’s chances of covering a -5.5 spread. At the same time, plays that aren’t correlated drive up the overall payout of the parlay. That is the case with picking Malcolm Brogdon to drain at least a trio of three-pointers. But even if Brogdon does that, the Clippers still should be able to take care of business.

Clippers -5.5 alternate spread (+130)

After their latest 131-124 win over the Detroit Pistons, the Clippers have now won five straight and are third in the Western Conference. The Pistons’ defense didn’t put up much of a resistance, as the Clips shot 62 percent from the field and made 15 shots from deep on 26 attempts. Kawhi Leonard didn’t play, but Marcus Morris filled in with 33 points and Paul George had 32 and nine assists. The Pacers’ home form has been worrying all season. They’ve won just nine of 24 games at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse and covered only once in their last 11 games at home. They will once again be without their big man Myles Turner, who is still out recovering from an ankle injury. The Clippers won the earlier meeting this season in January by 33 points. They’ve won the last three meetings by an average of 16.6 points, their last visit to Indy was an 11-point victory. With Turner out for Indianapolis, look for Ivica Zubac to have a solid night at the center position. The Clippers should be in the line for a successful night at the office.

Paul George to score 30+ points (+144)

There is great value on George here, especially with Leonard out of lineup. George has exceeded this number in three consecutive outings (36, 33, and 32 points). Now he faces his former team, which only adds to the motivation level. The 30-year-old has attempted at least 18 shots from the floor in each of the last three games, including 25 against Detroit this past Sunday.

Malcolm Brogdon to make 3+ three-pointers (+136)

The Clippers are in the middle of the pack in terms of three-point defense this season and they just watched Detroit shoot 15-of-32 (46.7 percent) from the land of plenty on Sunday. Brogdon went 5-for-9 from deep against Memphis on Sunday, so he has to be feeling confident about his stroke. He has attempted at least five threes in 13 consecutive games, including at least nine in five of the last eight. He has drained at least five in three of the last five.
