MLB Playoffs Bracket – 2020 World Series – Tampa Bay Rays vs Los Angeles Dodgers
This is it. Less than a month ago 16 teams entered the 2020 MLB Playoffs, and now only two remain. The American League champions the Tampa Bay Rays will take on the Los Angeles Dodgers, the National League champions, in the 2020 MLB World Series. And it wasn’t easy for either team.
Both had to go through gruelling Game 7s and were forced to hold their nerve. The Tampa Bay Rays held a 3-0 series lead over the Houston Astros in the ALCS and it all looked to be going so easily. However, the Astros fought back to win the next three games to force things to go the distance. Thankfully for the Rays, however, they managed to avoid one of the biggest playoffs collapses in history, and defeated the Astros 4-2 in the deciding game.
The Los Angeles Dodgers, meanwhile, did pull off a huge comeback. They trailed the Atlanta Braves 3-1 in the NLCS at one stage but fought hard to win the next three games and book their spot in the 2020 World Series.
Tampa Bay and Los Angeles entered the 2020 MLB playoffs as the #1 seeds in their respective leagues, and will now battle it out in a best-of-seven to determine who is the #1 team in the MLB.

2020 World Series Bubble Location – Globe Life Field, Arlington
The 2020 MLB World Series will take place inside a bubble, as has been the case throughout the MLB Playoffs.
The World Series will emanate from Globe Life Field, which is situated in Arlington, Texas, and is the home of the Texas Rangers. It is widely viewed as a hitter park and can hold 40,300 people, although no fans will be in attendance.
The Dodgers will be very familiar with Globe Life Field, having contested both their NLDS and NLCS at that location, where they defeated the San Diego Padres and Atlanta Braves. That arguably gives them a slight advantage over the Tampa Bay Rays, as they will have more of a feel for how to play the park having played their last ten games there.
