After an eventful weekend around Major League Baseball, we’ve reached the final few days of the regular season. With that comes plenty of opportunities on the card to create a 3-team mega parlay. This parlay could pay out at over 8/1 odds at FanDuel Sportsbook, so be sure to check this out.

Let’s get into our mega parlay for Monday and break down each of the legs one by one.
Seattle Mariners -1.5 (-104) over Detroit Tigers
Detroit has simply waved the white flag on the season at this point. The majority of the Tigers’ starting rotation is on the injured list, forcing Bryan Garcia to take the mound on Monday. Garcia hasn’t had it easy in the majors, as he sports a career 5.64 ERA and a 1.62 WHIP in 81.1 innings pitched. Garcia has appeared in 3 games for the Tigers in 2022 and allowed 9 hits and 5 runs in just 13.2 innings pitched.
On the other hand, the Mariners are in high spirits after recently clinching a playoff berth. Seattle starter George Kirby has been excellent in his rookie season, posting a 3.21 ERA and a 3.27 xERA through 126 innings pitched. Kirby has been a vital part of the Seattle starting rotation and should thrive against a weak Tigers lineup. The right-hander has a strikeout rate near 25% and a walk rate of just 3.6%, so Detroit won’t be able to get on base via free passes. This victory should be rather academic for a Mariners team building toward the AL postseason.

Tampa Bay Rays -1.5 (+118) over Boston Red Sox
This season can’t end soon enough for the Red Sox. Boston was recently demolished by Toronto over the weekend, as outscored 25-3 in 3 games. The Red Sox offense has their normal group of Rafael Devers, Xander Bogaerts and J.D. Martinez at the top of their lineup, but the bottom is the real issue at the moment. That unproven group includes Connor Wong, Yu Chang and Abraham Almonte, who don’t have much experience at this level.
Rich Hill will get his 26th start of the season for the Red Sox, and the veteran has been decent in his 18th campaign. However, his former team has consistently been a weak link as the Rays jumped all over Hill for 5 runs and 9 hits in 4 innings in his last appearance against Tampa Bay. On the other side, Tyler Glasnow looked strong in his first outing in well over a year on Sept. 28. While the Rays ace is still shaking off some rust, he is a much better pitcher than Hill. Tampa Bay has a better offense than Boston at the moment and this victory should be fairly routine for the Rays.
New York Yankees -1.5 (+114) over Texas Rangers
All eyes in the baseball world will be on this game, as Aaron Judge continues his quest for 62 home runs. He’s got 3 games left to do so, and his quest for 62 will come against Rangers lefty ace Martin Perez in this matchup. Judge and this Yankees lineup has hit lefties very well this season, and that should continue. Perez is a respectable starter who is having a decent season, but the Yankees have the lineup that can get to him. The lefty has surrendered at least 3 runs in each of his last 3 starts and the Rangers bullpen isn’t anything to write home about either. Luis Severino looked sharp for New York in his first start back from injury and he should be able to close out his season with another win against a Rangers team that has little to play for.
