You can also check out all of our MLB picks for the action on Friday, July 12.

Tigers -1.5 (+155)

Braves ML (-118)

Red Sox ML (-102)

MLB parlay odds: +832

For this MLB parlay, I am going with a bet on the Tigers to win by multiple runs, plus the Braves and Red Sox on the money line. Let’s break down each of the 3 legs.

We recommend betting on this MLB parlay with BetMGM, where you’ll get the best odds available and new users can get up to $1,500 in bonus bets paid back if their first wager doesn’t win! All you need to do to get started with BetMGM is click here.

Detroit Tigers -1.5 over Los Angeles Dodgers (+155)

To start off our MLB parlay, I’m going with the Detroit Tigers on the run line. While the Dodgers should have the edge on offense in this interleague matchup, Los Angeles is struggling to score in a major way of late. Therefore, it’s hard to look past getting to back Tarik Skubal at a cheap price at home in this matchup. Heading into this game, the Tigers are 12-6 in Skubal’s starts despite being 4 games under .500 for the season as a team. Skubal has been lights out this year, as he holds the best WHIP and 2nd-best ERA among qualified pitchers to this point. On the other side, James Paxton’s underlying metrics (4.88 xERA, 4.92 FIP, 5.18 xFIP, 1.40 WHIP, 4.6% K-BB% and 41.8% hard-hit rate) are concerning to say the least. Let’s back the much better pitcher and a hot Tigers team to keep things rolling at home.

Atlanta Braves ML over San Diego Padres (-118)

For the second leg in our MLB parlay, I’m going with the Atlanta Braves on the money line. The Braves offense should be happy to see Randy Vasquez on the mound for San Diego, and the underlying metrics suggest he could be in for a long night. Vasquez holds a 6.32 xERA thanks to low strikeout numbers and a poor batted-ball profile, while also ranking in the 1st percentile in xBA thanks to his high rate of hard contact allowed and his inability to consistently generate ground balls. That spells trouble against a rock-solid Atlanta lineup.

Conversely, Spencer Schwellenbach had been struggling to start his major league career, but the underlying numbers suggest that positive regression was coming. That regression came in his last outing, as he limited the Phillies to only 1 run across his 6 walk-free innings of work. Look for another strong outing from Schwellenbach en route to a Braves victory as the next part of our MLB parlay.

Boston Red Sox ML over Kansas City Royals (-102)

To close out this MLB parlay, I have the Boston Red Sox on the money line. Facing Cole Ragans is never an easy task for any lineup, but I just can’t get there with the Red Sox being a short underdog at home, especially when they’re off to a blistering 7-2 start in the month of July. The Royals on the other hand have gone under .500 since the beginning of June, in large part due to the struggles of their bullpen, which has been one of the worst in the majors on the season (4.33 ERA). Limited convincing options on the mound is not what you want when taking on an offense like Boston’s, as Alex Cora’s team is averaging 5.4 runs per game since the start of June. There’s also the matter of the Red Sox’s pitching, which has exceeded expectations to the tune of a 3.48 ERA over the last 10 games. Let’s back the Red Sox to stay hot at Fenway Park on Friday to wrap up our MLB parlay picks.
