Pickswise was nice enough to give me the opportunity to write my plays up for you all. For those of you who don’t know me, they refer to me as JutPicks on Twitter. I post all my plays with brief write-ups every day. Now I get to write even more with no character limit!

I pride myself in being as transparent as they come. My NBA record from last season and this season are listed in my bio alongside with my MLB record. Without further ado, let’s dive into my favorite plays for Tuesday.

Tyrese Haliburton (Kings) over 22.5 Points + Assists (-125)

Line available at BetMGM at the time of publishing

We are going right back to one of the most popular players we have bet on this season. There is a ton of ways to bet the 2nd year point guard out of Iowa State. We are shifting to his points and assists for tonight’s contest against the Lakers. His assist line is up to 9.5 which just shows the great value we got at 7.5 on Sunday.

Tonight, it is a battle between a pair of California teams that do not play much defense. Both the Kings and Lakers rank in the bottom-5 of the league in terms of points allowed per game. In addition, both teams play at a blazing pace. This kind of matchup suits Haliburton extremely well. The Lakers not only allow the 5th-most points to point guards, but also allow the 5th-most assists to the position as well.

Tyrese has gone over this line in 7 of his last 10 games, and we should see another dominant performance from the Sacramento backcourt in a game with a total of 230.

Devin Booker (Suns) over 29.5 Points + Assists (-115)

Line available at FanDuel at the time of publishing

Yup, another points plus assists prop. I love attacking this prop in games with high totals, fast paced matchups, and the individual matchup at hand. The Pelicans are slowly getting back to full strength, so I am excited to see a competitive game in this one. Phoenix will again be without perennial All-Star center Deandre Ayton, so we are looking at Booker to make up most of that 17 points per game that Ayton was providing.

We are all well aware that Booker is capable of scoring 40 points at any given time. In fact, he has scored over 40 points in 14 career games. Interestingly enough, 3 of those games were against New Orleans, and all 3 were on the road as well. With New Orleans on a back-to-back tonight, we could see some tired legs from the Pelicans perimeter defenders.

Booker has cashed this prop in only 4 of his last 10 games, but he is coming off a blowout victory against Charlotte where he scored 24 points in only 28 minutes.
