Pickswise was nice enough to give me the opportunity to write my plays up for you all. For those of you who don’t know me, they refer to me as JutPicks on Twitter. I post all my plays with brief writeups every day. Now I get to write even more with no character limit!
I pride myself in being as transparent as they come. My NBA record from last season and this season are listed in my bio alongside my MLB record. Without further ado, let’s dive into my favorite play for Sunday.
James Harden (76ers) over 21.5 points (-115)
Line available at DraftKings at time of publishing
New Philadelphia 76er, James Harden, had an incredible debut on Friday night. He scored 27 points on 5-for-7 from three-point range and shot 8-for-9 from the free-throw line. He showcased his patented step back which resulted in two 4-point plays as well.
The Sixers face off against the New York Knicks at 1:00 pm ET. Madison Square Garden will be rocking to watch MVP favorite Joel Embiid and James Harden. Harden has torched the Knicks in his career. He averages 28 points in 24 games played against the Knicks; 3rd most versus any opponent. The Knicks foul the 8th most in the league and the Beard should live at the free-throw line.
I expect another stellar performance from the future hall of famer in this Eastern Conference showdown.
