1:10 pm Saratoga (Race 1) – Moore’s Law 5/4 (2-star play)
This three-year-old has registered on-the-board finishes in two of his three starts to date, including when finishing second in a maiden special weight over this course and distance last month. The son of Good Magic delivered a career-best figure when having one of his rivals here Mount Craig back in third on that occasion and having advertised his well-being with a 49.33 four furlong work here recently, he looks capable of breaking his maiden.
2:52 pm Saratoga (Race 4) – Granny’s Connection 11/10 (2-star play)
Second at Aqueduct on debut, this filly delivered a run of four consecutive victories that concluded with a six-length victory in an allowance optional claimer over six furlongs at Monmouth Park in May. The pick made all on that occasion but failed by a nose to successfully employ similar tactics when runner-up in the Dancin Renee Stakes over six furlongs at Belmont Park in June. With no obvious pace rival here she looks up to returning to winning ways.
4:00 pm Saratoga (Race 6) – Rotknee 15/8 (1-star play)
The Michael Maker-trained colt has shown good form of late, winning each of his last two starts. Both of those victories came at Belmont Park, including when delivering a five-length victory in a six-furlong allowance there in May. The son of Runhappy duly followed up by four-and-three-quarter-lengths the following month and he looks up to extending his winning run arriving here on the back of a 48.25 four-furlong work at the same venue earlier this month.

5:08 pm Saratoga (Race 8) – More Than Looks 7/2 (1-star play)
Cherie DeVaux’s son of More Than Ready broke his maiden by a neck when racing over a mile at Gulfstream Park at the end of March. The colt was switched to turf following that effort and has won two of his three subsequent outings, including by one-and-a-half lengths in the Grade 3 Manilla Stakes over a mile at Belmont Park last month. John Velazquez, on board that day, retains the ride and the pair are taken to follow up.
5:44 pm Saratoga (Race 9) – Americanrevolution 10/11 (3-star play)
The five-year-old has been lightly raced since delivering a half-length victory in the Grade 1 Cigar Mile Handicap at Aqueduct in December 2021, managing just three starts. One of those however saw the son of Constitution deliver a two-length second in the Grade 1 Jockey Club Gold Cup over a mile and a quarter here last September. Off the track since, Todd Pletcher’s inmate has shown up well in the mornings of late and is taken to return with a victory.
