The daughter of budget sire Eastwood has registered 2 victories and 4 further on-the-board finishes from her 9 career starts with all 9 of those coming at this venue.
The pick’s most recent effort saw her deliver an all-the-way victory in a $16,000 starter optional claiming contest over 6.5 furlongs on a sloppy track last month. She was claimed by her current connections following that triumph and looks capable of following up under Mychel J Sanchez.
2:01 pm ET Parx (Race 4) – Hidden Promise 2/1 (2-star play)
Successful in a $15,000 claiming contest over a mile on a good main track at Parx in March, this 6-year-old delivered a good effort when a length 2nd in a $25,000 claiming contest over the same course and distance early last month.
The gelding failed to shine when a well-held 4th in a similar contest there subsequently, but gets a significant drop in grade today and looks capable of registering a 7th career success with regular pilot Dexter Haddock booked to ride.

A cheap purchase as a yearling at Fasig-Tipton last October, this son of Ironicus has shown plenty of ability in 2 starts, including when half-a-length 3rd in a 4.5-furlong maiden special weight at Parx a month ago.
The colt had previously suffered a neck defeat when finishing runner-up over the same track and trip. Trained by Everton Smith, he has a good draw today and is taken to win with Silvestre Gonzalez booked to ride.
