The Jimmy Creed filly has delivered some good efforts since joining the Howard Brown barn finishing on the board in four of her seven starts. Two most recent of those have been over this course and distance including when beaten one-and-a-quarter-lengths into third in a race at this level earlier this month. Andrew Wolfsont who has been up for the fillies last two starts is again the saddle and she is taken to double her career tally.
2:10 pm Parx (Race 6) – Rollin N Controlin 8/5 (2-star play)
Built on a number of good efforts in defeat when passing the post a neck clear of her rivals in a similar contest to this over this track and trip in November. Subsequently demoted to second that day she has been in decent form in the mornings in recent weeks including when delivering a 50.43 four furlong breeze here ten days ago and the filly, who has drawn the rail here can break her maiden for Kathleen A Demasi.
3:58 pm Parx (Race 10) – Disco Ebo 2/1 (2-star play)
Demonstrated good form at stakes level when winning by one-and-a-half-lengths in the six furlong Youngstown Oaks at Mahoning Valley in November and duly followed up with a third having faded late on in a stakes race over the same distance at Aqueduct the following month. Has won here in the past and with trainer Robert E Reid Jr boasting an impressive 31% strike-rate (4/13) at this meeting the filly is selected to return to the winners’ enclosure.
