12:40 pm ET Parx (Race 1) – My Boy Colton 3/1 (2-star play)
The Jamie Ness-trained entire sets the standard on form having finished a good six-and-a-quarter-lengths third when fading in a $25,000 maiden claiming contest over this course and distance last month. The son of Pioneerof The Nile had previously delivered a respectable sixth place finish when debuting for the Ness barn in a $20,000 maiden claimer over seven furlongs at Aqueduct the previous month. Ruben Silvera keeps the ride and he can steer the pick to a first victory.
2:55 pm ET Parx (Race 6) – Recluse 5/2 (2-star play)
The son of Social Inclusion impressed when holding on well having built up a four length lead in the stretch when taking a $25,000 maiden claiming event by three-quarters-of-a-length over seven furlongs here in January. The selection has been given a break since fading in a $16,000 starter optional claimer over a mile here subsequently and dropping to six furlongs. He looks capable of scoring with Dexter Haddock on board for that maiden claiming success returning to the saddle.
4:16 pm ET Parx (Race 9) – Date Night Kisses 2/1 (2-star play)
The four-year-old has shown good form of late winning three of her last four starts including when making all to deliver a three-quarters-of-a-length victory in a $16,000 allowance optional claiming race over a mile here in February. Freshened since that effort she comes into this on the back of a 49.47 four furlong breeze here earlier this month. Regular pilot Ruben Silvera takes the ride and he can steer the daughter of Weigelia to a third consecutive victory.
