1:16 pm Parx (Race 4) – He Hate Me 2/1 (2-star play)

Showed good form last year winning three of his last four starts including by three-and-a-half-lengths in a $16,000 starter optional claimer over six-and-a-half-furlongs at this venue in October. Below that form when slowly away prior to finishing six lengths fourth in a similar contest over six furlongs here on last months seasonal debut. Improvement is expected here and he is taken to register a victory with jockey Frankie Pennington looking to improve on his 20% strike-rate (13/65) at this meeting.

2:10 pm Parx (Race 5) – High Velocity 2/1 (2-star play)

The winner of four of his 15 starts at this venue the six-year-old registered a half-length victory when making all the running in a $5,000 claiming contest over a mile here just over a month ago. Subsequently joined the J Guadalupe Guerrero barn and has a good draw in two here. Stepping up in grade here but has triumphed at a higher level than this as recently as last October and the son of Quality Road can complete a double.

3:58 pm Parx (Race 7) – Twisted Ride 2/1 (2-star play)

Showed good form since joining the Michael M Moore barn winning twice and finishing on the board twice from his six starts. The most recent of those came when making all to deliver a length victory in a $50,000 allowance optional claimer over six furlongs here at the end of last month. Has demonstrated solid form at stakes level in the recent past and is taken to overcome a wide draw to complete a double stepping up half-a-furlong in distance.
