Performed well for previous stables including when winning for the Juan Munoz Cano barn when racing from off the pace in an $8,000 claiming contest over a mile-and-one-sixteenth at Turfway Park last month. Successful by a neck that day the daughter of Include joined the Jamie Ness barn following that triumph and having shown fair form in three works here since that Turfway Park triumph she is selected to register a win on her first start at this venue.
2:55 pm Parx (Race 6) – Sevier 8/5 (2-star play)
Completed a double when winning a six furlong starter optional claiming event by six lengths at Laurel three starts back. Recorded fair efforts in two subsequent starts including when fading into fifth, beaten four-and-three-quarter-lengths in a seven furlong $32,000 claimer on a good main track at Aqueduct last month. The veteran performer boasts a strong record at this track and tackling an easier event looks up to registering a 12th win in 17 starts at this venue.
4:20 pm Parx (Race 9) – Disco Ebo 8/5 (2-star play)
The winner of five of her last six starts the daughter of Weigelia made all the running to complete a hat-trick in winning by six-and-three-quarter-lengths in the Penn’s Landing Stakes over six-and-a-half-furlongs here last month. The four-year-old impressed on that occasion and tackles this trip for the first time since February last year. Hails from the Robert E Reid Jr barn and she looks capable of helping him improve on his 29% strike-rate (14/48) at this meeting.
