The four-year-old filly has performed well at a higher level in the past including when finishing on the board in a $35,000 maiden optional claiming contest over seven furlongs at Gulfstream Park in April last year. Joined current trainer Bonnie Lucas prior to finishing second over six furlongs in a $25,000 maiden claimer at Penn National on her penultimate outing. Sets the standard on form and looks up to breaking her maiden on her first start at this venue.
2:01 pm ET Parx (Race 4) – Tiz Gracie 5/2 (2-star play)
Shown that she retails ability in recent times including when finishing on board in three consecutive starts prior to a last of seven over six furlongs in a $25,000 starter event here early last month. Raced from the front when one-and-three-quarter-lengths second in a six-and-a-half-furlong allowance optional claimer here on her penultimate start. The daughter of Talent Search gets a drop in grade here and with Axel Concepcion taking 7lb off is taken to register her fourth career win.
3:53 pm ET Parx (Race 8) – Starship Biance 2/1 (3-star play)
A dual winner at this venue the six-year-old came within a length of adding to that total when runner-up in a $5,000 claiming contest over six furlongs on a good track here at the start of last month. Claimed by current connections following that effort she performed well when fourth having been ridden with more restraint in a claimer at this level later that month. She looks up to delivering a victory with the promising Jason Huayas in the saddle.
