1:00 pm Keeneland (Race 1) – Riverboat Gambler 7/2 (2-star play)
He demonstrated good form since joining the Timothy E Martin barn in the spring finishing runner-up on three consecutive starts at Prairie Meadows prior to a four-and-a-half-length fourth over six furlongs in a $10,000 starter optional claimer at the same venue in August. He has finished on the board in all three previous starts at this distance and is selected to score with Kylee R Jordan, in the saddle for two of the second place finishes mentioned booked to ride.
2:04 pm Keeneland (Race 3) – Key Of Life 8/5 (2-star play)
She very slowly away when a beaten short price favourite when seven lengths third over five furlongs at Churchill Downs on debut in June. She made no mistake upped to six furlongs at the same venue subsequently when scoring by two-and-a-half-lengths in August. She also represents a top trainer in Brad Cox and with her jockey last time out Florent Geroux again in the saddle the daughter of Mo Town is selected to complete a double on her first start against winners.
4:12 pm Keeneland (Race 7) – Special Reserve 2/1 (2-star play)
He showed good form at the top level last year finished fourth in the Alfred G Vanderbilt Handicap over six furlongs at Saratoga in July of that year prior to a two-and-a-quarter-length fourth in the Breeders’ Cup Sprint at Del Mar in November. He put a below par seasonal debut behind him when winning by three-and-a-half-lengths in the Senator Robert C. Byrd Memorial Stakes on a sloppy track at Mountaineer Park. He looks up to completing a double with Tyler Gaffalione up.
5:16 pm Keeneland (Race 9) – Fun And Feisty 7/2 (2-star play)
Improving with racing getting off the mark at the second attempt when successful by three lengths in a six furlong maiden special weight at Churchill Downs in August. She impressed when delivering a three-and-a-half-length triumph having raced from off the pace in the Grade 3 Pocahontas Stakes over a mile-and-one-sixteenth at the same venue last month. She was selected to register a first top level success for trainer Kenneth McPeek who has won this race five times in the past.
5:48 pm Keeneland (Race 10) – Fairchild 5/2 (2-star play)
She was the winner of a maiden special weight when trained by Mark Casse, the daughter of Speightstown has registered three good efforts since joining the Steve Asmussen barn including when a head third in an allowance optional claimer over a mile-and-five-sixteenths on a firm turf course at Kentucky Downs at the start of last month. She delivered an impressive stakes win over a mile-and-one-sixteenth at Lone Star Park prior to that and is taken to register a third career win.
