There is plenty of great horse racing across America on Saturday, including at Gulfstream Park race track. We have been in fine form with our picks for a long time now and we are up +219.02 units with our race selections to our recommended stakes dating back to August 5, 2021. Let’s keep it rolling!
Here are our best bets for today’s action at Gulfstream Park race track.
3:41 pm Gulfstream Park (Race 8) – Infinite Series 5/2 (2-star play)
Race 8 at Gulfstream Park features some impeccably bred two-year-old colts taking to the track over six furlongs and one who stands out on breeding here is Infinite Series who is by the dual Breeders’ Cup Classic winner Tiznow.
Saffie Joseph Jr’s debutante is likely to be well fancied as his dam Waves Of Blue won on debut at this course so he is certainly one to keep an eye on for his debut outing.
4:11 pm Gulfstream Park (Race 9) – Agitare 8/1 (1-star play)
There’s a competitive field going to post for the $100,000 H. Allen Jerkens Stakes over a two mile trip on the turf surface and it will take plenty of stamina to win this and one who has that in abundance is the ex-Irish trained Agitare who was an impressive winner over this trip on his American debut back in October.
He was placed at stakes level over in England and scored by four and three quarter lengths at Far Hill last time so, although this will be tougher, he has guaranteed stamina and should go close.
4:40 pm Gulfstream Park (Race 10) – He’s In Charge 5/1 (1-star play)
Kelly Breen’s He’s In Charge has yet to run at Gulfstream Park, but he’s got some good form at big tracks such as Keeneland and Churchill Downs and comes into this Allowance Optional Claimer having already won in this grade.
However, he is returning off a six month break but recent workouts have been good so he should be ready for this and he has the capable hands of multiple graded stakes winning jockey Paco Lopez on board so all points towards a big effort.
5:10 pm Gulfstream Park (Race 11) – Unexpected Outcome 3/1 (2-star play)
The finale at Gulfstream Park is a $50,000 Maiden Claiming event which features nine three-year-old males lining up over a mile on the turf, and I like the chances of the Chad Brown trained Unexpected Outcome who was keeping on well at Aqueduct last time out.
That was his second start and it was after a nine month break so he should come on a good amount from that fourth placed effort and this son of More Than Ready can win the finale.
