Winner of both of her starts at three and has maintained her unbeaten record with three consecutive victories this campaign. Delivered an impressive three-and-three-quarter length triumph in the Grade 2 Hillsborough Stakes over a mile-and-one-eighth on turf at Tampa Bay Downs in March. Had previously taken a similar Grade 3 event, the Endeavour Stakes at the same venue. Usually races from off the pace and looks up to delivering a sixth consecutive victory with Flavien Prat in the saddle.
1:26 pm Churchill Downs (Race 6) – Shedaresthedevil 6/5 (2-star play)
Unbeaten in five starts at this venue including when taking the Kentucky Oaks back in 2020 and last years renewal of this race by a length when making all. Put a below par sixth when unable to dominate in the Breeders’ Cup Distaff in November behind her when placing third in the Grade 2 Azeri Stakes at Oaklawn Park first up. Had Pauline’s Pearl ahead of her that day but looks up to reversing that form second up.
3:03 pm Chuchill Downs (Race 8) – Dolce Zel 5/2 (2-star play)
Off the mark at the second time of asking at Longchamp, France last October. Has since demonstrated that she is a Graded stakes performer in two starts this year. Won by a head in the Grade 3 Florida Oaks over a mile-and-one-sixteenth at Tampa Bay Downs when making her US debut in March and went on to finish runner-up in the Grade 2 Appalachian Stakes over a mile at Keeneland last month Taken to return to winning ways.
4:04 pm Churchill Downs (Race 9) – Gerrymander 8/1 (1-star play)
The winner of two of her three starts last year the daughter of Into Mischief followed up a good second place finish to Echo Zulu in the Grade 1 Frizette Stakes with a half-length success when making all in the Listed Tempted Stakes over a mile at Belmont Park in November. Delivered a couple of impressive four furlong breezes at Payson Park Training Center last month. Selected to make her first start at three a winning one.
5:51 pm Churchill Downs (Race 11) – Nest 5/2 (2-star play)
Impressed in three starts in stakes company since finishing three-quarters-of-a-length third in the Listed Tempted Stakes over a mile at Belmont Park in early November. No obvious excuses on that occasion but she has put in improved performances in two starts this year including when delivering a dominating eight-and-a-quarter-length victory in the Grade 1 Ashland Stakes over a mile-and-one-sixteenth on a wet-fast track at Keeneland last month. Looks up to scoring for last years winning trainer Todd Pletcher.
