There is plenty of great horse racing action to look forward to across America on Thursday, including at Aqueduct race track. 1:52 pm ET Aqueduct (Race 2) – Tap The Faith 7/5 (2-star play)
Tap The Faith impressed with her attitude when racing from off the pace early prior to getting the better of a more experienced rival to win by a head in a mile maiden special weight at Belmont Park on her debut in November.
She proved to be a disappointment when 5th as she moved up to Grade 2 company for the Demoiselle Stakes over 1 1/8 mile at this track in early December on her only subsequent start. However, she looks capable of scoring back down in grade on her 3-year-old debut.
2:21 pm ET Aqueduct (Race 3) – No Burn 8/5 (2-star play)
Rob Atras’ charge No Burn takes the eye having returned to form with a good 3rd-place finish in a starter optional claiming contest over 1 1/16th mile at Laurel in early March.
She had previously disappointed in a couple of allowance events, including when 8th of 9 at Aqueduct in early February, and the drop to a $35,000 claiming contest can see Dylan Davis’ mount deliver her first victory since winning a starter allowance event over this course and distance in December.
4:27 pm ET Aqueduct (Race 7) – Kawhi Me A River 9/5 (2-star play)
Kawhi Me A River was placed in a couple of maiden special weight races including at Aqueduct on her debut prior to winning by 2 1/4 lengths over 6 furlongs on turf at Belmont Park in September.
She has made just 2 subsequent starts, following up a stakes 4th when filling the same position in an allowance event over course and distance in November. She met trouble in running that day and is selected to double her career tally on her first start as a 3-year-old.
