12:50 pm Aqueduct Park (Race 1) – Candlestick Maker 6/5 (2-star play)
She has yet to score in seven starts but has shown that she can be competitive at this level when winning finish on the board in each of her last two starts. She went down by a neck in a $20,000 maiden claimer over a mile at this venue when last in action in November. Advertised her well-being with a 51.21 four furlong breeze at Belmont Park at the end of last month. She looks capable of getting off the mark under Dylan Davis.
1:18 pm Aqueduct Park (Race 2) – Brisky Frolic 9/5 (2-star play)
She showed ability on her first five starts for the Todd Pletcher barn prior to making all the running when winning by eight-and-a-half-lengths when dropped to a $40,000 maiden claiming event over a mile here in October. She faded having raced five wide at times when fifth of six in a $50,000 starter contest here last month when debuting for her current trainer. Switched to a claimer the daughter of Frosted is selected to register a second career success.
2:16 pm Aqueduct Park (Race 4) – Sa Foradada 2/1 (2-star play)
She demonstrated good form since joining the Michael E Jones Jr barn last year placing second on each of her two starts for the handler. The most recent of those came when beaten seven-and-a-quarter-lengths in a similar race to this over track and trip last month. She has since delivered a good 1:01.20 five furlong work on the synthetic track at Fair Hills Training Center at the end of last month. Can take this under Abner Adorno having drawn the rail.
2:45 pm Aqueduct Park (Race 5) – Baby Sox 8/5 (2-star play)
A relatively cheap $15,000 purchase at the Ocala Bloodstock Sale last year the daughter of Collected showed plenty of ability when placing third, beaten five-and-a-half-lengths in a $30,000 maiden claiming contest over six furlongs on a sloppy main track at this venue on debut in November. She registered some solid four furlong breezes at Belmont Park since that effort and while the pick has a wide draw to overcome here she is selected to record her first victory.
3:36 pm Aqueduct Park (Race 6) – Shinfull 8/5 (x-star play)
She placed second in three consecutive starts in maiden special weight contests spanning both turf and dirt prior to making all to score by two-and-three-quarter-lengths in a six-and-a-half-furlong contest on a sloppy main track here last month. Has a solid draw five off the rail here having joined the David Donk barn since that latest effort and with Kendrick Carmouche retaining the ride the daughter of A Shin Forward is selected to complete a double on her first start against winners.
