Demonstrated plenty of ability when finishing third in a maiden special weight over seven furlongs on a fast main track at Laurel Park on debut and confirmed that promise when finishing one place better on a muddy surface over six furlongs at the same track subsequently. Tracked the pace on each occasion and the daughter of Quality Road can successfully employ similar tactics to get off the mark at the third time of asking for trainer Michael Trombetta.
3:19 pm Parx (Race 8) – I Am Redeemed 9/5
Put a couple of down the field finishes in stronger contests behind him when finishing runner-up in an allowance event over a mile-and-seventy-yards at this venue last month. Equalled his best ever figure that day and having shown he’s up to competing at stakes level here when taking out the Storm Cat Stakes in August Abner Adorno’s mount is the selection to register a victory in allowance company following a 1:00.37 five furlong workout here last week.
3:50 pm Parx (Race 9) – Disco Ebo 9/5
The winner of three of her five career starts the daughter of Weigelia was scoring for the first time at stakes level when registering a five-and-three-quarter-length success having made all in the six furlong Shamrock Rose Stakes at Penn National last month. Had previously taken out an allowance and a maiden special weight with the last named race coming at this venue back in September. Sets the standard on form and is taken to register a fourth career success.
