Completed a treble when winning at this venue in a starter allowance back in April and built on a number of solid efforts in defeat subsequently when taking a waiver claiming contest here last month. Raced prominently on that occasion prior to drawing five-and-a-quarter-lengths clear of her seven rivals and she looks to completing a double switched to a starter optional claiming contest with Silvestre Gonzalez taking the ride on the four-year-old who is looking for her eighth career triumph.
1:04 pm Parx (Race 3) – Imperial Road 6/5
Juan Guerrero’s charge has demonstrated plenty of ability in his three starts to date following up a fourth place finish in a maiden special weight over six furlongs here in February with third and second place finishes in similar contests with the latest of those coming when attempting to make all over five-and-one-half-furlongs at this venue last month. Partnered by Ruben Silvera the colt can defy a wide draw to get off the mark at the fourth attempt.
3:19 pm Parx (Race 8) – Undercover Kitty 3/1
The once-raced two-year-old gelding, a late foal delivered a highly promising third place finish in a maiden special weight over five-and-one-half-furlongs at Laurel Park when making his debut in October. Racing from off the pace that day the son of Kitten’s Joy was doing his best work late on and with that in mind and taking into account his breeding he can get off the mark upped in trip following some solid breezes at Fair Hill.
