Delivered a good second when debuting in a course and distance maiden special weight at the start of last month. Dueled for the lead prior to kicking clear into the stretch before being overhauled late on to go down by a neck in a seven horse field that day. Disappointed when fourth over half-a-furlong shorter just under four weeks later but looks capable of putting that effort behind her to reverse form with the third that day, Hold Me Closer.
4:04 pm Parx (Race 8) – Three Comma Glenn 8/5 (2-star play)
Shaped like a potential stakes performer when delivering a big figure in winning by nine-and-a-half-lengths in a six-and-a-half-furlong maiden special weight at this venue when debuting last month. Had far too much for his rivals that day leading by four entering the stretch and with the Empire Maker colt likely to appreciate this step up in trip he can maintain his unbeaten record for trainer Robert E Reid Jr who can boast a 20% strike-rate (8/40) at this meet.
4:31 pm Parx (Race 9) – Sense A Million 5/1 (1-star play)
Performed well in a similar race to this when finishing three-quarters-of-a-length second over seven furlongs here at the start of last month. Proved a disappointment in a starter contest over six furlongs subsequently but with a couple of likely frontrunners in the field in Above The Limit and Empress Deona this race may be run to suit the selection who is likely to be ridden from off the pace on just his second start over this distance.
