The Phoenix Suns currently find themselves at .500 and out of the play-ins, down in 11th place in the Western Conference. With the talents of Devin Booker and Kevin Durant, it feels like this team is severely underachieving. They will be hoping they can go into the all-star break with positive momentum as they take on the Memphis Grizzlies. But taking down a team with Ja Morant at the helm will be no easy task. Jaren Jackson Jr. over 22.5 points (+102)
The last time that Jaren Jackson Jr. took on the Phoenix Suns, he ate on offense. The Grizzlies forward dropped 38 points on 50% shooting from the field. He has started February off hot too, scoring 30 or more points in 3 of his 4 games. The only game in which he failed, he managed 19 points against a great defensive team in the Oklahoma City Thunder. Over the last 5 games, the Suns are just 29th in defensive rating and are unlikely to put up similar resistance.
Matchup-wise, the hosts will have to put Nick Richards on Zach Edey to deal with his size. That will leave Kevin Durant to pick up Jackson Jr. The veteran forward should have issues dealing with the size and physicality of the Grizzlies power forward, which should help ensure the visitors feature him heavily in their offensive sets.

Tyus Jones over 6.5 assists (-106)
Suns guard Tyus Jones is coming into this game after a 10-assist performance in his last outing against the Denver Nuggets. He will have a chance to continue that tonight against the Grizzlies. Durant will be returning from a 3-game absence, giving Jones another shot-maker to try and pick put. He will be up against a Grizzlies team that is 3rd in blocks per game over the last 10 contests. With help defenders coming his way whenever he breaks down the defense, he should have the opportunity to kick the ball out to open shooters. Over the last 10 games, the visitors are 21st in opponent assists per game for a reason. The Suns are 6th in true shooting percentage over that run of games so will be well-positioned to convert whatever Jones helps to create here.
Kevin Durant over 2.5 made threes (-104)
Being matched up against one of the elite rim protectors in the NBA should mean that Durant plays a bigger role as a floor spacer tonight. While he struggled to knock down three-pointers in his last 2 games, both contests were against a resurgent Portland Trail Blazers team that has been terrific defensively. Before this, Durant had 5 straight games of 4 or more threes, making at least 50% of his attempts in each. Over the last 10 games, the Grizzlies have been 22nd in the league in opponent three-point attempts per game, so have hardly been chasing opponents away from the arc. On the season, the Suns superstar is making 39.8% of his attempts so if he gets around 8 shots off tonight, I like his chances of hitting this.
