Super Bowl 57 is just about here, as the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles will square off at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona on Sunday evening. No game in the entire catalog of American sports inspires more wagering than does the Super Bowl, and certainly no game offers crazier prop bets. Whether you like the more traditional plays (Eagles -1.5 is the spread; 50.5 is the total) or not, exotic props are always fun.

Let’s take a look at some especially interesting options for before, during, and after Super Bowl 57 on Sunday.

You can bet on Super Bowl props over at Bet365, where you can get $200 in bonus bets by betting just $1! Click here to sign up for the WORLD’S #1 SPORTSBOOK and take advantage of this can’t-miss offer.

Exotic props

Who will be shown first during the National Anthem: Patick Mahomes or Jalen Hurts?

This one all comes down to the FOX producers. You know the 2 quarterbacks will both be shown at some point during the National Anthem. The question is: who’s it gonna be first? Mahomes is a -160 favorite; Hurts is a +130 underdog.

Which commercial will air first?

There are all kinds of commercial head-to-head matchups on offer. One of the more intriguing showdowns is between Doritos and M&Ms. Doritos is a -220 favorite to be shown first; M&Ms is a +135 underdog.

Will Damar Hamlin be mentioned during the broadcast?

Hamlin has been the biggest name in football dating back to the penultimate week of the regular season. As he continues to recover from his cardiac episode, he is still at the forefront of peoples’ minds. It’s hard to see him going the entire broadcast without being mentioned. Yes is a -250 favorite; no is a +175 underdog.

Will any player propose to his girlfriend on the field after the game?

This most happened after Super Bowl 46, in which the New York Giants upset the New England Patriots. Giants linebacker Greg Jones proposed to his girlfriend immediately thereafter. It happened again last year after the Los Angeles Rams beat the Cincinnati Bengals. At +400 odds, Rams safety Taylor Rapp got engaged. Will lightning strike twice in a row? Yes is a +350 longshot.

To whom will the MVP refer first in his speech?

Patrick Mahomes mentioned his teammates first 2 years ago. Tom Brady did the same after Super Bowl 55. Cooper Kupp also mentioned his teammates right away last year. Teammates are -145 favorites for the Super Bowl 57 MVP speech. They are followed by God/religion (+135), city/fans (+1000), family members (+1400), coaches (+1800) and the team owner (+3500).

In-play Novelty Super Bowl Props

Trick play special: Either team to throw a flea-flicker (+210)

Super Bowls are no stranger to trick plays. In recent memory, of course, the Eagles used the Philly Special to propel themselves to an upset of the New England Patriots in Super Bowl 52. Although this particular Eagles squad – and the Chiefs, too – doesn’t seem like one to use trickery, you never know. After all, both quarterbacks may be slightly less than 100 percent so the teams may be inclined to use a gimmick in an attempt to open things up for those QBs.

Doink special: Any field goal or PAT to hit a crossbar or upright (+450)

Former Bears kicker Cody Parkey, of double-doink infamy, is not a part of the Super Bowl (he isn’t a part of any team at the moment). Thus it will be up to Harrison Butker of Kansas City or Jake Elliott of Philadelphia to cash this prop for Over 0.5 doinks bettors. Both of these guys have been straight shooters of late, so crossbar collision is unlikely. But that’s why you can get it at +450.

Kickoff special: Opening kickoff to be a touchback (-160)

For in-depth analysis of this prop bet, check out our opening kickoff to be a touchdown predictions and best bets. Yes is a -160 favorite; No is a +124 underdog.

Jersey number prop: Jersey number of first TD scorer (Over/Under 11.5)

Last year’s over/under was in the 20s, but just look at the rosters to figure out why the number for Super Bowl 57 is 11.5. On the Chiefs side, Jerick McKinnon (1), JuJu Smith-Schuster (9), Isiah Pacheco (10) and Maquez-Valdes Scantling (11) would all hit the under. For the Eagles, Hurts (1), DeVonta Smith (6) and A.J. Brown (11) would also cash under tickets.

Any player to have an octopus (+1400)

In case you aren’t familiar with an octopus, that’s when the same player scores both a touchdown and the ensuing 2-point conversion on the same possession. Since the 2-point conversion was adopted in 1994, there have been almost 8,000 games played. There have been 175 octopi – all in different games. That means they happen about 2.2 percent of the time. Therefore +1400 odds don’t seem like enough, but…it would be fun to say you cashed a successful octopus bet in the Super Bowl!
