Capitals -1.5 (+130)
Coyotes vs Flames under 6.0 (-105)
Parlay Odds +898
Let’s break down each of the legs one by one.
New York Rangers ML (+100) over Pittsburgh Penguins
This game will be a massive 2-point swing for the standings in the Metropolitan Division. The Penguins are currently 3 points ahead of the Rangers in the standings, but New York has a game in hand. With a win tonight, the Rangers will put themselves in a prime position to overtake Pittsburgh in the next few games.
Igor Shesterkin is expected to start in the net for New York. He has been lights out on home ice this season, posting a 16-3-2 record. It’s tough to bet against him at Madison Square Garden, especially when he’s posting a .942 SVP and 1.92 GAA at home. The last time these teams met, the Penguins won 1-0. This will likely be another close game, but the Rangers will be looking for some revenge. Both teams lost their last games, and both have won 6 of their last 10. What will separate them tonight is goaltending. Take the Rangers on the money line tonight.

Washington Capitals -1.5 over the Buffalo Sabres (+130)
The Buffalo Sabres are surprising a lot of people right now. They’re currently on a 3-game win streak. However, this should be a game where the Sabres fall back to reality and the Capitals get right back on track. Although the Capitals have lost their last 2 games in a row, they’ve actually won their last 3 road games and are looking to make this their 4th success in a row.
The Capitals have performed much better on the road this season compared to home ice, posting a 20-5-5 record. The Sabres on the other hand have not been that great at home, posting just a 12-6-4 record. In the Metropolitan Division, the majority of teams and fans are counting out the Capitals, but they still have an excellent roster. This is an important 2 points for the standings, and Washington likely has this game circled on the calendar as a must-win. The Sabres might be flying too close to the sun over the past 10 games, and it’s hard to imagine they can maintain what they’ve been doing for much longer. Take the Capitals on the puck line tonight as they aim for their 4th straight road win.

Arizona Coyotes vs Calgary Flames Under 6 goals (-105)
With Jacob Markstrom expected to start for the Calgary Flames, this feels like an under play. He’s been one of the best goaltenders of the year and currently has 9 shutouts on the season. With the Coyotes losing 3 games in a row, and the Flames looking for a bounce-back game, this seems like a perfect game for Markstrom to stand on his head. The Flames are allowing the second-fewest goals per game with just 2.43 goals against.
The Flames are looking to protect their comfortable lead in the Pacific Division, and tonight’s game provides a great opportunity. The Coyotes are scoring the 4th-fewest goals per game, generating the fewest shots per game, and have the 2nd-worst power play in the league. With how skilled the Flames are defensive, it’s tough to imagine Arizona is capable of pulling off a high-scoring game tonight. Take under six goals in this matchup.
