MLB pick today: St. Louis Cardinals vs Boston Red Sox – Over 10.5 runs (-104), 7:10 pm ET
We’re over a month into the season, but tonight’s starters have combined for just 1 start this season. That singular start belongs to Adam Wainwright who was sidelined with a groin injury following his season debut. As for Boston’s James Paxton, this is his first MLB start in over 2 years.
In a battle of older starters that have very little game experience this season and two prolific offenses, the over looks to be the easy choice. Especially considering that this game will be played in the hitter-friendly confines of Fenway Park which has seen 70% of the games go over the total.

NBA pick today: Miami Heat ML over New York Knicks (-210), 7:30 pm ET
In a series where the Miami Heat have looked dominant on both ends of the floor for the most part, they couldn’t close out the job on the road thanks to getting out-shot from the three-point line.
That shouldn’t continue as Miami heads home for Game 6 where they are shooting 36.0% from three during the 2023 playoffs. Given the fact that Miami has been the superior team in this series, backing them to win and close out this series will be our play.

NBA pick today: Los Angeles Lakers ML over Golden State Warriors (-142), 10:00 pm ET
A lot is on the line for the Warriors in Game 6. They eased off the pressure a bit after the win in Game 5, improving to 8-2 when facing elimination under Steve Kerr. However, one stat that is concerning if you’re a Warriors fan is they are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games at crypto.com Arena vs the Lakers.
On the other hand, the Lakers are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 home games, while winning 14 of their last 19 overall. They alsos have covered the spread in 6 of their last 9 games and they are also 6-2 ATS/SU in the last 8 head-to-head vs the defending champions. For that reason, backing the Lakers to win and advance will be our play.

NHL pick today: Vegas Golden Knights ML over Edmonton Oilers (+108), 10:10 pm ET
The Vegas Golden Knights are sure to get a boost on their home ice tonight, but more importantly Oilers’ defenseman Darnell Nurse will miss this game due to a one-game suspension. Edmonton will notice this loss, as Nurse absolutely eats minutes. This hole should allow the very deep roster in Vegas to convert on chances at a much higher rate.
Vegas backup goaltender Adin Hill has also been decent with a .930 save percentage, so he should be able to keep his team in the game. For that reason, backing Vegas to win tonight will be our play.
