EPL pick today: Arsenal vs Southampton – Both teams to score – Yes (+118), 3:00 pm ET
The Premier League weekend slate starts this afternoon as leaders Arsenal host Southampton. The teams tied 1-1 when they met earlier in the season and both could score again in this one, as that has happened in 5 of Arsenal’s last 6 games.

NHL pick today: Carolina Hurricanes vs New York Islanders – Under 5.5 goals (-142), 7:00 pm ET
Both goaltenders have been playing fairly well in this series. Ilya Sorokin of the Islanders stopped 35 of 37 shots in Game 1 and 33 of 36 shots in Game 2, while Carolina’s Antti Raanta stopped 25 of 26 shots in Game 1 and 23 of 26 in Game 2. The under looks to be the best play for Game 3 tonight as the Islanders should want to slow this game down instead of trying to keep up to the Hurricanes’ fast pace.

NHL pick today: Boston Bruins vs Florida Panthers – Over 6.5 goals (+100), 7:30 pm ET
Overall, in the series, there have been 13 goals scored (6.5 goals per game average). Boston’s Linus Ullmark has not played his best hockey in this series thus far, and entering a roaring road building will not make things easier for him. A very energized and confident Panthers team is likely to get many by him. On the flip side, the Bruins offense will not be shut out, and whether they win or lose, they will get in on the offensive action. For that reason, backing the over will be our play.

NBA pick today: Cleveland Cavaliers ML over New York Knicks (+110), 8:30 pm ET
The Knicks head into this one with a ton of optimism after getting the split in Cleveland, but they cannot afford to relax against a team that’s 6-1 SU in its last 7 road games. The Knicks have dominated the last 5 meetings, going 4-1 SU/ATS, but that doesn’t guarantee them anything.
Playing in front of the home fans, the Knicks will come out with a ton of energy, so it will be up to the Cavs to weather the storm. Because Cleveland is on an encouraging run on the road, backing them to win tonight will be our play.
