EPL pick today: Fulham vs Chelsea – Under 2.5 goals (-106), 3:00 pm ET
The only game in Chelsea’s last 8 that featured more than 2 goals was a 2-1 loss at Fulham on January 21, when the Blues had to play the final 30 minutes with 10 men after Joao Felix was sent off. Fulham played well against Tottenham only to lose to a moment of inspiration by Harry Kane, but the Whites did not trouble the Spurs goal much and, if anything, this Chelsea defense could be even more difficult to break down. For that reason, backing the under will be the play.

NBA pick today: Detroit Pistons -1 over Charlotte Hornets (-110), 7:10 pm ET
With Charlotte playing last night — and losing — and Detroit being at home, the Pistons are favorites for just the third time this season. They are 1-1 SUATS in that role. Unless we find out that one of their key veterans is dealt or being held out tonight, I think they are the side to go with against a winded Charlotte team. With no rest, the Hornets are just 2-5 SU and we do not need the Pistons to dominate as almost any winning effort will cover. Backing bad teams is never fun but given the situation, taking the Pistons will be the play.

NBA pick today: Orlando Magic vs Minnesota Timberwolves – Under 229 points (-110), 8:10 pm ET
The Magic rank only 27th in points per game, with their biggest weakness being the outside shot. Minnesota is holding opponents to the 6th-lowest shooting percentage from the floor, and that might prove to be a big obstacle for the Magic tonight. The under has been a consistent bet in their games played on Fridays, with 15 of the last 18 such games landing on that bet.
Minnesota has cashed on the under in 5 straight, and in 18 of 30 of their home games this season. The 3 most recent meetings have produced just 224.6 points per game, while 4 of the last 5 meetings have gone under. For that reason, backing the under will be the play.

NBA pick today: Philadelphia 76ers -10 over San Antonio Spurs (-110), 8:10 pm ET
The Spurs are 14th in the Western Conference and on a 7-game losing streak, with their last 4 losses being by 10 or more points. Injuries have also kicked in with Romeo Langford joining Devin Vassell on the sidelines, while Tre Jones and Jeremy Sochan are doubtful.
The Spurs have a solid head-to-head record against Philly, but that’s a bit deceiving considering most of those wins happened when they were competitive, which just isn’t the case this season. I’m expecting Philly to dominate, regardless of Joel Embiid playing or not. For that reason, backing the 76ers will be the play.
