We have put together a 4-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Friday, including picks from the MLB and College Football. Two picks are taken from each sport and a winning ticket would give us a very nice payout with odds of +1012 at DraftKings Sportsbook.

Let’s break down each of these plays.

MLB pick today: St. Louis Cardinals ML over Philadelphia Phillies (-115), 2:07 pm ET

St. Louis is 5-2 in their last 7 at home and has baseball’s 6th best home win percentage. Home field advantage should bode well for the Cardinals as the Phillies have struggled on the road lately. With a great pitching matchup, home field may play a factor as well.

Zack Wheeler has been great this season but his splits do not favor road starts. Philadelphia has scored 3.3 runs per game in their last 10 compared to St. Louis’ 4.3 runs per game in their respective last 10. With a couple of slumping teams coming into the playoffs, Game 1 looks better for the Cardinals.

College Football pick today: Memphis Tigers -2.5 over Houston Cougars (-115), 7:30 pm ET

The Memphis Tigers play host to the Houston Cougars tonight in a key AAC matchup. The Tigers are off to a 2-0 start in the conference, and without Cincinnati on the schedule, a win against Houston would have Memphis thinking about a trip to the AAC title game.

Houston, by contrast, has struggled through the first part of the season. Playing three overtime games in their first five games has taken a toll. Their offense has been non-threatening so far this season, with quarterback Clayton Tune yet to have a truly impressive game. On top of that, the calling card of this team was supposed to be its defense, yet they have yielded at least 24 points to their opponents each week. At this point in the season, Memphis is just playing better football, so for that reason, backing the Tigers to cover will be the play.

MLB pick today: New York Mets ML over San Diego Padres (-150), 8:07 pm ET

The veteran ace Max Scherzer gets the start for the Mets, and he will be on 5 days of rest. Scherzer has once again had an incredible season as he’s posted an ERA of 2.29. In his one start against the Padres this year, he allowed 2 runs and 5 hits, along with 8 strikeouts in 6.0 innings.

The New York offense only got stronger as the season went on as they finished 1st in OBP, 1st in OPS and 2nd in BA in the final 30 days of the season. It may only be a run or two, but that’s all the Mets need to win behind Scherzer. Pitching should be on full display tonight, but the home team has the better offense and the home-field advantage, so back the Mets on the money line.

College Football pick today: Nevada Wolfpack -3.5 over Colorado State Rams (-110), 10:30 pm ET

Nevada is favored in this matchup despite both teams struggling early. The Wolf Pack (2-3) started well with a pair of wins and covers against Texas State and New Mexico State. It’s been three straight losses since, including a tough one to FCS-level Incarnate Word.

Colorado State is even worse with an 0-4 record straight-up and ATS, featuring an embarrassing 41-10 loss to Sacramento State (FCS) last game. The Rams are averaging just 10.8 points per game (130th nationally) while allowing 41 points per game (126th). Nevada hasn’t been much better, scoring 24.4 points per game and allowing 31.2 points per game, but it’s still much better than Colorado State. Laying points with Nevada is tough, but it’s the right play against a bad Colorado State squad.
