We have put together a 4-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Thursday, including picks from the MLB, Europa League and NFL. One pick is taken from each sport with a second pick from the Europa League. A winning ticket would give us a very nice payout with odds of +984 at DraftKings Sportsbook.

Let’s break down each of these plays.

Europa League: Arsenal vs FC Zurich – Both teams to score (+100), 12:45 pm ET

Arsenal’s winning start to the English Premier League season was ended by Manchester United on Sunday and coach Mikel Arteta is expected to shuffle his pack for the Europa League opener against Zurich. A shutout may prove beyond the Londoners, however, Zurich has scored in 8 of its last 9 matches in all competitions. Therefore backing both teams to score looks to be worth a play on Thursday afternoon.

MLB: St. Louis Cardinals -1.5 (-130) over Washington Nationals, 1:15 pm ET

Nationals starter Josiah Gray looks like the future of their rotation. However, while he is just getting his career started, Adam Wainwright is finishing up a strong career for the Cardinals. The big righty was really good in August, posting an ERA of 2.50, and there is no reason to expect he is going to fade in September.

St. Louis is a huge favorite at home in this game on Thursday after. For that reason, the smart play is to back the home side even though we have to play the run line and will likely lose that final at-bat.

Europa League: Manchester United ML (-165) over Real Sociedad, 3:00 pm ET

Fast starts have also been a feature of United’s recent resurgence and visitors Real Sociedad conceded in the first 5 minutes of a weekend draw with Atletico Madrid. The San Sebastian team has scored only 4 goals in 4 games in La Liga this term and could be in trouble early on at Old Trafford. Our experts would lean to Manchester United to lead at half-time and win the game at full-time, but for to play it safe, just backing Manchester United to win the game on the money line will be the play for this parlay.

NFL: Buffalo Bills -2.5 (-110) over Los Angeles Rams, 8:20 pm ET

Backing the previous season’s Super Bowl winner in Week 1 has been a profitable trend for years now. However, there are too many questions surrounding the Rams to get involved with the home side. While laying points on the road in Week 1 isn’t something usually advised, the Bills continuity and firepower make them an attractive option. For that reason, backing the Bills to win and cover will be the play to open the NFL season.
