We have put together a 4-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Sunday, including action from the NBA, MLS and MLB. One pick is taken from each sport and a winning ticket would give us a nice payout with odds of +1115 at DraftKings. Let’s break down each of these plays.

MLB: Milwaukee Brewers ML (-140) vs St. Louis Cardinals, 2:15 pm ET

Corbin Burnes has yet to pitch less than 6.0 innings since opening day, which accounts for his last 8 starts. His 2.18 ERA is not only impressive itself, but even more so given he has one of the highest innings pitched totals in the league. He shouldn’t need too much run support, but the Brewers lineup should be able to provide it much more efficiently than yesterday.

Cardinals starter Miles Mikolas has been solid this season in his own right, but has allowed 3 runs in each of his last 2 starts. After facing weaker lineups in the Diamondbacks and Orioles, he’s seemed to regress a bit. St. Louis doesn’t have the greatest bullpen coming in behind him, which should allow the Brewers to extend their NL Central lead.

MLS: Austin FC vs Los Angeles Galaxy ML and over 1.5 total goals (+110), 4:00 pm ET

The LA Galaxy enter this contest after defeating LAFC 3-1 in the US Open Cup on Wednesday night. The squad is 7-2-2 when they’ve allowed 1 or 0 goals this season, and we expect their attack to give them enough support today.

Both of these teams’ defenses have failed to record a shutout for 5 straight games, and there have been over 2.5 goals in 4 of the Galaxy’s last 5 games and in 5 of Austin’s last 6. With goals expected, the home team should use the extra boost from the home crowd to collect all 3 points.

MLB: Toronto Blue Jays vs Los Angeles Angels ML (-130), 4:07 pm ET

Jose Berrios might be the biggest disappointment in baseball right now. The supposed ace has a 4.75 ERA and a 6.70 xERA through 47.1 innings and has been a letdown as the #1 starter for Toronto. The Blue Jays have lost 3 of Berrios’ last 4 starts and although he has been better in his recent starts, he’s due for negative regression.

Contrary to Berrios, Patrick Sandoval is building on his stellar 2021 season. This season, Sandoval has surpassed all expectations with a 1.78 ERA and a 3.05 xERA. The young lefty has allowed just 2 runs on 8 hits in his last 13.2 innings and he will face a Toronto lineup that has struggled recently. In the last 7 days, the Blue Jays rank 25th in batting average and 17th in on-base percentage. Fading Berrios at this price is worth it, especially when it means backing Sandoval.

NBA: Boston Celtics vs Miami Heat – Over 195.5 points (-110), 8:30 pm ET

It’s Game 7 and the expectation is that it will be defensive and slower-paced. Hence oddsmakers posting a 195.5 total, which is down 6 points from the Game 6 total, which went over. I understand the logic, but I can’t get behind a total this low. The best way for this to stay under is a one-sided blowout in which a team doesn’t reach 90 points. While that has happened twice in this series already, with Boston on the winning side, it happening again for Boston on the road seems unlikely.

Miami hasn’t found a way to keep the Celtics below 100 in this series either. Both teams will push the pace because it’s how they play, particularly Boston.
