We’ve put together a four-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through the night, including action from the NBA Playoffs, MLB and the UFC.
One pick is taken from each sport with two UFC picks. A winning ticket gives us a nice payout with odds at +1086 with BetMGM — that’s more than 10/1! Let’s break down each of these four plays. Remember to gamble responsibly.
Best MLB pick: Houston Astros ML (-115) vs. Minnesota Twins, 7:15pm ET
After several injuries to their pitching staff, the Astros have turned to some younger arms to step up and perform. One of those pitchers is Luis Garcia, and he has been exceptional. Garcia is posting an impressive 2.75 ERA and 1.00 WHIP through 12 appearances and ten starts this season. He has collected 68 strikeouts in 59.0 innings, and after the Astros lost the first seven games in which he appeared in 2021, they have won his last five outings.
Jose Berrios is putting together a strong season for the Twins, but he is 2-3 with a 6.43 ERA and 1.91 WHIP in five career starts against the Astros. Entering Friday, Houston’s offense ranked first in the league in runs (338), batting average (.272), and OPS (.781), and they have an OPS of .892 in June. Houston has been the more consistent team this season, and even with Berrios on the mound Houston is the team to back.

Best NBA pick: Utah Jazz +4.5 (-110) vs. Los Angeles Clippers, 8:35pm ET
Donovan Mitchell is untouchable at the moment, and the Jazz’s role players are far superior to the Clippers’. Los Angeles lost three of their four home games to Dallas in the first round, so they clearly don’t get much of an advantage from playing at Staples Center. They went from being three-point underdogs in Game 2 to 4.5-point favorites in Game 3, and there’s no reason to believe a 7.5-point swing is justified. Take the points with Utah.

UFC pick: Brandon Moreno vs. Deiveson Figueiredo over 3.5 rounds (-110), 11:30pm ET
Even though Brandon Moreno went blow for blow with Deiveson Figueiredo in their first fight, I am not extremely confident he can get the win here. We could be in store for another crazy fight that will at least go into the fourth round. Maybe we get a late finish, so I am going to back this fight to go over 3.5 rounds.

UFC pick: Marvin Vettori vs. Israel Adesanya – Fight to go the Distance – Yes (-135), 12:00am ET
These two guys fought in April of 2018, a fight that ended in a split decision win for Israel Adesanya. I think this fight is going to be just as tight, seeing that Marvin Vettori has improved so much since then. Eight of Vettori’s ten UFC fights have gone the distance and six of Adesanya’s ten contests have done the same. Vettori’s grappling will be a real difference maker in this fight and I will back it to go the full five rounds.
