We have put together a 4-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Saturday, including action from college basketball, the UFC, the NBA, and NHL.
One pick is taken from each sport and a winning ticket would give us a nice payout with odds of +765 at DraftKings Sportsbook. Let’s break down each of these plays.
College basketball: Miami Hurricanes -1.5 (-105) vs Virginia Tech Hokies, 3:00 pm ET
The Hurricanes have won four of their last five games and will lean on their guard-heavy lineup to keep pace on top of the ACC standings. Miami boasts one of the more efficient offenses in the country; averaging 74.9 points per game on 47.15% shooting from the field, which ranks 36th nationally, and they have three players averaging 12 points or more per game with Kameron McGusty leading the way with 17.8 ppg. Miami’s guards dazzle with their offense but they will pick your pocket, too, ranking 2nd in the ACC with 8.64 steals per game as a team. I am recommending Miami in this game. Virginia Tech hasn’t beaten a quality team since its win over St. Bonaventure in late December and it is 1-4 ATS in its last five on the road. Take Miami on senior night.

NBA: Chicago Bulls -1.5 (-105) vs Memphis Grizzlies, 8:10 pm ET
DeMar DeRozan may be playing the best basketball out of everyone in the NBA right now. He picked up right where he left off before the all-star break by scoring 37 points and shooting an incredible 15-for-21 in the Bulls 112-108 win over Atlanta. That’s now his 8th straight game of 35+ points while shooting 50% or better from the field. Chicago is now 5-0 SU in its last 5 games at the United Center and overall it has won 6 straight while also covering the spread in 5 of their last 6 vs Western Conference opponents.
Go with the Bulls, mainly because of DeRozan who is playing at an unreal level. His team is also 22-10 ATS at home this season. Some uncertainty around Ja Morant is a dent in Memphis’ chances, as well.

UFC: Islam Makhachev win by submission or decision (-225) vs Bobby Green, 9:00 pm ET
Islam Makhachev is an absolute massive favorite here, pretty much taking the money line out of the equation. His grappling has been elite in the UFC, averaging 3.37 takedowns per every 15 minutes and 1.3 submission attempts during the same time period. His takedown accuracy is 66% and his takedown defense is 88%. Makhachev has won 9 of his 11 UFC fights by either submission or decision, so backing him to do the same here will be the play.

NHL: Boston Bruins ML (-175) vs San Jose Sharks, 10:05 pm ET
Offensively there is a small advantage to the Bruins, primarily due to how ineffective the Sharks’ attack has been. The Bruins rank just below average in both expected goals for and goals for per game, but the Sharks rank in the bottom 12 in both categories.
Defensively, this is where the Bruins separate themselves from the Sharks. The Bruins rank 1st in expected goals against, 7th in goals against per game and have only allowed 11 goals in their last 5 games. Compare that to the Sharks, who rank 19th in expected goals against, 21st in goals against per game and have allowed 19 goals in their last 5 games. Look for the defense of the Bruins to stop the Sharks’ attack and place your bet on the Bruins money line.
