We have put together a four-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Monday, including NHL action from the Stanley Cup Finals and the MLB.

Three picks are taken from the MLB slate with a fourth from the Stanley Cup Finals. A winning ticket gives us a nice payout with odds at +870 with BetMGM — that’s more than 8/1! Let’s break down each of these four plays. Remember to gamble responsibly.

Best MLB pick: Atlanta Braves ML (-190) vs. Pittsburgh Pirates, 7:05pm ET

A Pirates offense that’s dead last in runs per game shouldn’t be any tougher than some of the better teams Max Fried has put aside with ease. The Braves know these are games they need if they want to go into the All-Star break with a shot, as the first-place Mets also play the Pirates next weekend. A day after he played hero, take Fried and the Braves on the money line with confidence.

Best NHL pick: Tampa Bay Lightning ML (-160) vs. Montreal Canadiens, 8:08pm ET

The Lightning’s offense has been overpowering through the first three games of the Stanley Cup Finals with 14 goals. Nikita Kucherov and Brayden Point are proving to be too much for Montreal’s defense and Carey Price to handle. Kucherov is leading the playoffs with 32 points in 21 games, while Point is first in goals with 14 in just 21 games. Expect their offense to keep rolling in Game 4. Price hasn’t been playing his best hockey and there’s a chance the pressure has got to him.

Best MLB pick: Cincinnati Reds ML (+105) vs. Kansas City Royals, 8:10pm ET

Royals starter Mike Minor has been nothing short of a disaster in 2021, and he enters with a 5.33 ERA in 17 starts. He’s been absolutely atrocious in his past two starts, giving up 18 hits and a whopping 14 earned runs. Reds starter Vladimir Gutierrez isn’t dominant by any means, but he’s a lot better option than Minor. Kansas City has been swept by the lowly Rangers and Tigers in recent weeks, so it’s not like they can blame all their woes on a tough schedule. The fact that the Reds are a slight underdog in this game makes no sense. Take Cincy on the money line.

Best MLB pick: Boston Red Sox vs. Los Angeles Angels ML (-110), 9:38pm ET

Prior to this season, Jose Suarez had posted a career 7.99 ERA and a 6.95 FIP at the MLB level. Through 27.1 innings in 2021, he has been far better, owning a 1.98 ERA, 3.44 xERA and a 3.67 FIP. Both of these teams have been playing well, but there are a number of factors pointing towards an Angels win. In this matchup, Los Angeles has the better starting pitcher, the better offense against left-handed pitching, and a more rested bullpen. Bet on the Angels to start the week on a winning note.
