We have put together a 4-pick cross-sport parlay that will take you right through Monday, including action from the NFL and NBA.

Three picks are taken from the NBA with one pick from the NFL. A winning ticket gives us a nice payout with odds at +1200 with DraftKings; that’s 12/1! Let’s break down each of these plays.

NBA: Houston Rockets vs Charlotte Hornets -6.5 (-110), 7:10pm ET

Charlotte scores with the best of them, but its inability to play defense means that no lead is safe. The Hornets have good ATS numbers this season, especially at home — where they are 10-2. As favorites they are 5-2 SU and 4-2-1 ATS for the season. Given that they are in good health, there is no reason to think they can’t take care of the Rockets with relative ease. This is a strong spot to back them. Take Charlotte.

NBA: Memphis Grizzlies +8.5 (-110) vs Phoenix Suns, 9:10pm ET

Memphis has a nice ceiling but the Suns are the reigning Western Conference champs. They are significant favorites at home, where they are 15-3 SU. That record is just 9-9 ATS though and even though I am confident they will add another win, I don’t like the number. Memphis has been a solid 3-2 ATS when playing with no rest and they have good depth right now with Ja Morant back. The Grizzlies will likely fight throughout this one and keep it close.

NFL: Miami Dolphins -3 (-115) vs New Orleans Saints, 8:15pm ET

Miami’s 1-7 record seems like a lifetime ago as Brian Flores’ team has since been on an incredible run, with their defense being the real reason behind their success. They have allowed more than 17 points just once in that period, which came last week in their 31-24 win over the Jets.

As for Miami’s offense, despite a couple of interceptions last week, Tua Tagovailoa has been much-improved in this recent stretch with the Fins putting up 20+ points in their last 5 games. His rapport with Jaylen Waddle has been tremendous, and although it’s uncertain whether the receiver will suit up this week, Tua has proved he can rely on his tight ends to help him get down the field.

The Saints’ defense will be tough to break down, as they proved in last week’s shutout against the Bucs, but the Dolphins have the tools to pick them apart. Take the Dolphins.

NBA: Brooklyn Nets -4 (-110) vs Los Angeles Clippers, 10:30pm ET

Both the Clippers and the Nets have found success on the defensive side of the ball this season, as both teams currently rank top 5 in the NBA in defensive efficiency and top 10 in blocks per game. However, what separates the Nets from the Clippers and most other NBA teams has been their offensive consistency. The Nets, who are 12-3 on the road this season, rank 2nd in offensive efficiency as the visiting team. Take the Nets to cover tonight’s spread.
